They have a great website. The store was crowded when I entered, and that gave me time to look around. The telescopes were amazing, but the camera display left a lot to be desired. Finally a woman behind the counter asked if anyone needed help, and I said that I did. She asked me what I wanted, and I told her that I wanted a Nikon DSLR. She asked me again what I wanted and I repeated that I wanted a Nikon DSLR. She commented that she wasn't "putting it together." Now, I wouldn't expect someone on the street to necessarily know what a DSLR is, but a person working in a camera store??? Ridiculous. I repeated what I wanted, and she said, "Oh, you want a used camera." I assured her that I wanted a new one. She started to say something completely inconsequential, and I cut her off and tried to explain what I wanted. She have me a holier than thou look and continued her mindless ramble. Of course she'd lost the sale at that point. So I said that I'd order directly from Nikon and walked toward the door. A man hollered to me and said something about the D7500 being newer than the others and that the last time he'd sold one of those was months ago to the police department. What relevance the police had regarding my purchase was beyond me, and his information was factually incorrect. The D7500 was introduced in 2017 and the D780 was introduced in 2020. I continued to walk out. I left home this morning intending to buy a camera body, a medium zoom lens, and a few extras. And I'm ordering them directly from Nikon as soon as I post this review. I'm sure they won't cry too much over a lost $3,000 to $4,000 sale.

If you like paying high prices with restrictive packaging and long wait times, come here!…read more If not, hire a friend with a nice camera. Trust me...it's much cheaper. For 4 different poses it was $180 with tax! When we got in, we waited for 10 minutes. I had time to do a fashion show for my family and play with the legos! The photographer unfortunately didn't have very creative poses. At one point, she had me put a card in the mail for Santa. The photographer then took us through a painstakingly long process to choose which photos we liked best. They then told us that the pictures would be ready in 30 minutes. We went back 30 minutes later and the lady disappeared! We're still waiting on this women at this point. At least I'll have my pricey Santa photo at some point! The one thing I will say is that the staff members were very kind and very apologetic for the inconvenience. Our photographer loved my sense of humor and even gave me a hug as an apology. I knocked on a few extra stars for the hug, cuz I'm a softie.

She was very friendly and professional. And she was very patient and helped make my daughter feel comfortable to make sure we got some great shots.
