I got a call at 6 the evening before saying that one of his guys had covid and he MIGHT have to cancel. I begged him to please find a way to come as we scheduled this appointment so I would have an outlet for a new fridge that I was having delivered. I also had a couple of lights that needed installing and a switch that needed to be moved along with a light. He said he would keep me updated and would reach out in the morning. Two days later and I have not heard from him. I assume the truth is they found a job that was more beneficial payment wise and decided they could do without my business. This actually worked out for me! The owner Shawn took my call and listened to what happened to me and said he would ask one of his guys to come out the following day. CNY Electrical came out this morning and did the same job for $100 cheaper! The work was done exactly the way I wanted it and Jason was amazing! He explained everything he was doing and even guided me in setting up my Ring devices. He was polite and cleaned up after he was completed with the job. I highly recommend this company for any electrical work that needs to be done. I will certainly be calling them when it is time to renovate the downstairs of my home as well as outdoor lighting that I will be installing. It is hard to gauge the size from out front, but inside is huge. There is so much to see. From lamps to hanging light fixtures for every area of your house including outside. The prices are great and the staff is super helpful. Don't see what youre looking for? Anything you can imagine they will make for you. On this particular day the gentleman working the counter was one of the owners. We got to talking with him and he was nice enough to give us a tour of the factory, which is also onsite. We were amazed to find out they make most of the lighting fixtures for Chik Fil A and Panera, as well as Bass Pro or Cabelas. It was really cool to see all the local people hand making all these items from painting, to welding, and dont forget the electrical wiring! Taking this behind the scenes tour just made us love the brand even more. So many amazing things to see they had in the works. So much attention to detail. I got some ideas and needed to come home and measure current fixtures to see what I will need. I cant wait to do a bunch more business with this amazing local company in the future!
