Different angle

I'm a bit delayed in writing this review, but only because we've been enjoying our new kitchen so much! Huge shoutout to Gal, who was our project manager and the main reason we chose to go with Tulip. He did not disappoint! We had major water damage from a leak and decided to do a complete remodel of the kitchen. We interviewed 4-5 different contractors and ultimately decided to go with Tulip. One of the things that immediately stood out when talking to them was how honest they were about what could be done in the size of kitchen we had. Our initial plan (read dreams) included an island, and Gal was one of the few contractors that was up front with us about the reality of having an island in the space we had. Although we were initially disappointed, it's clear seeing the end result that this was the right choice. Gal was very communicative and always a text message away for anything we needed. As with any home project, there were times we needed to pivot, or had tough/fast decision to make, but Gal made sure we understood what was happening, why it was happening, and the options we had. He was also quick to give advice when we didn't know exactly what to do in certain situations. We ended up being slightly over budget due to some last minute design decisions, but to be honest we couldn't be happier with our new kitchen, Tulip, Gal, and overall project timeline and cost. We will definitely be calling them for our next project!

Tv stand design idea
Amber P.

Just redid my fireplace and tv stand ! Recessed light , windows and paint. I had no idea what to do but they were so helpful with giving me design idea. We brought this beautifull 3D tile for the wall to put our tv and hide the cable and Internet box. That was such a smart and nice design that I had to share it. Definitely recommend tulip remodeling and if course Owen that worked with us on this remodeling project. See the picture attached. Thank you , will definitely reach out in the future for my bathroom remodel when the budget will allow me to extend my remodeling work in my house.

Tulip did a major project for us. We were moving to Los Angeles and had to renovate from afar (NYC). Tulip was amazing. Very patient, organized, professional, and budget-minded. We started the project focused on modifying two bathrooms, but we had so much confidence in Tulip that we expanded the project to include all of our floors (over 5,000 sq feet), another bathroom, doors, our staircases and railings, painting/limewash, and other plumbing items. Would highly recommend and we will use Tulip again. We worked with them without a designer so we also solicited their input along the way to exchange style ideas. They never told us our vision wasn't possible.

BUT I'm reviewing this location based my experience with warranties and their customer service. Every time I walk in this place, I feel awkward because I have NO IDEA which people are customers and which are employees. They all seem to be chatting and casually hanging out. If you can pry one away, they know exactly what they are doing; Very efficient and knowledgeable. Anyway, they replaced the broken part no charge but they didn't have it in stock. Still, great company. Oh and I don't know that they have a lot and the metered parking is overtaken by Urth customers. There is a little road a building or 2 away the intersects Melrose that has more metered parking.

I've been dealing with Waterworks plumbing fixtures for 10 years. In that time I've had to replace…read more1 shower valve, 2 faucet valves, 1 bathtub hose, 1 sink hose, 1 sink nozzle head (which after 1 year needs to be replaced again) and lots of other washers, fittings and toilet repair kits. I'm writing today, because I just received notice that I need to wait until September for a hose for the bathtub that was ordered 6 weeks ago has been delayed. IMO the products look good - which is why designers like them, but their performance is very poor. If you need a part (all proprietary), it's a minimum 2 months wait! I'm tempted to replace all of the waterworks fixtures 2 tubs, 5 showers, 7 sinks, 7 toilets with something from Home Depot or Lowes. And never listen to a designer again!!!!

Reading the below reviews of poor customer service was not something that we whittnessed. Starting from the convenient valet parking right outside, to the associates who offered to help us, we were treated rather nicely. It was unfortunate though, that the entire living room collection in the sizes and colors we were interested in were severely back ordered, with 3-4 month wait periods. I suppose that is the norm these days.

I planned to meet a friend today and was sitting up there waiting--completely alone, not a single other person around. A representative came up and asked if she could help me. I was very polite and said, "No, I'm just meeting a friend." She replied in a condescending tone, "Well, this is a showroom and you can't be loitering." As if I was causing a scene. When I mentioned I thought it was open to the public, she abruptly said, "No, it's not. It's a showroom." I said okay and made my way downstairs. On my way out, I asked another employee downstairs, "Did something change with the roof? It used to be open to the public." She gave me the same condescending attitude, saying, "It's for customers only. We sell furniture here." When I mentioned I thought it was designated as a public space through the city, she finally explained that the zoning law requiring them to keep it open to the public expired during COVID. Maybe they could just lead with that simple explanation instead of treating long-time visitors like criminals? I won't be supporting this company anymore. Management clearly doesn't care that their staff is representing the brand so poorly.
