Upon attempting to deliver 2 months later, the drivers arrived with a damaged unit. We denied this and demanded a new unit but were quoted another month. Neither Bosch nor Universal appliance did anything to help expedite the process. I felt like I was the one bothering them the entire time. I finally caved and decided to look at other options which were all more expensive. I was looking at a Miele unit but after some research realized my breaker wouldn't be able to support the added amperage. The company denied my request to check out the damaged unit and instead wanted me to have them install it and then repair it later, all at the expense of my time. After 3 months, I was ready to give up and requested a refund. I tried over the phone and in person at the store but was told it was being ran up the ladder for approval both times. Nobody seemed in a hurry to help and instead mentioned that magically my new Bosh oven arrived. The manger told me that the refund would be processed by end of the day which never came. The next day when I called and spoke to the same manager, he quickly eluded that he was on another phone call once he recognized my voice. Needless to say he could even be bothered to return my call. I wasn't sure why it had to end so ugly, but I reached out to my bank to disputed the charges since I paid 3K and never received anything. Such a horrible experience and still never got a call back. Please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
