Beyond beating everyone else on price, Absolute Appliance had a refreshingly reasonable payment structure. They took a deposit upfront and didn't require full payment until we scheduled delivery. Other stores wanted the entire balance paid months in advance, which felt pretty crazy given that ordering and delivery timelines had a five month spread. That kind of policy ties up your money for no good reason. Every appliance was delivered on time and in perfect condition. Both big box stores carried it for identical prices, but we were dreading having to deal with the substandard installation services of either one. After more online research, I was shocked to find that Absolute Appliances also carried this model for the EXACT SAME PRICE as well, and they were located within walking distance from our house. My wife and I immediately walked over, spoke with CJ (a super nice and helpful guy, btw), and were back home within a half hour, having ordered the washer and secured our delivery date. When delivery day came Jamal and his assistant pulled up exactly on time, and went about removing the old washer and setting up the new one. They were very thorough and knowledgeable, and had everything completed in short order. Jamal explained everything that we needed to know about the new machine, and checked to make sure that all the connections were secure and that it was cycling correctly. Overall, this was one of - if not THE best - appliance purchase and delivery experiences I've ever had. I'm so happy to find an alternative to the dismal big box experience, and I absolutely recommend checking out Absolute Appliances before committing to the "usual suspects". She showed me how to change the default settings to better suit me. She explained to me the best setting for my lightweight cotton clothes. Best of all, she showed me the simple things I could to keep the machine clean, nothing time consuming. I went from a huge samsung washer and dryer to the miele and I have sooo much more room in my kitchen. Amazing. Absolutely worth the extra cost. I also went the next day for a "delicious" class with Chef Keith on using my induction stove, again super helpful. We made three simple japanese dishes, onigiri with tuna, masubi with spam, and tempura (eggplant and carrot). Fun, delicious, and informative.
