Large collection of $3000-7000 to $$$ much more bathtubs and bathroom fixtures. We walked in with the intentions of purchasing a bathtub, while we were browsing we were "greeted" by a sales guy wanting to know what size in inches we wanted for our tub.. I don't know.. I said BIG, so he asked "something like 70?" I don't know.. show me some... We actually found several things we wanted, however when we found something, the guy right away said, OK this comes in 15 finishes and several sizes, got out a catalog and started telling us what we wanted... we really just wanted exactly what was on the floor.. Eventually, the sales guy, nice as he was, literally talked himself out of selling, a tub, a shower head, and a door lock... I just placed my order for the lock and shower head on Amazon instead. Nice place to browse, but the sales guys are a bit overwhelming, and don't know when to stop selling. I'm probably not going back. read more

No stars really. It was time to completely remodel my bathrooms and so I have decided to go to Ardy's two weeks ago. I had previously ordered many items from Ardy's in the past. Unfortunately, they only had one older man working there. Not only was he ignoring me but he was downright rude to me. I definitely was not going to give him my business nor work with him on my remodel. Easy decision....I walked right out. Fortunately, I found another place nearby, and believe me they were extremely polite and very happy to get a big order! read more

Rude Lady!! My husband and I went to Shop for bathroom & kitchen fixtures, when we asked the lady if she can give us a price she answered rudely and responded with" Im very busy, I can only answer 1 question"(keep in mind there was no customers in the store). It would've been understandable if the store was busy ,but it was empty. I must say that when we first came in the gentleman near the entrance was very nice and greeted us, but when I passed by the lady on the desk next to him she didn't even respond to us when I said hello to her, I should've known better than to ask her any questions at all. Too bad because we actually ended up spending over 10k at another store. I feel sorry for the person that pays this lady. read more

Danny is the man with a plan at Ardy's! They have a wonderful selection of products for all styles and budgets. I am not the best when it comes to deciding what will look good with my home, but with a little guidance from Danny I leave feeling confident that whatever I buy will not only look great, but will perform and hold up even better! My most recent purchase was some new faucets that were overdue to be replaced, and I am so grateful for the help and guidance I received here. 10/10 would recommend. read more

Appalling interaction with Daniel Denton - unbelievably RUDE! Extremely unprofessional and obviously needs to be trained on "common courtesy" and "manners". One 40 second call with Denton and I knew I would never do business with Ardy's. read more

THE ONLY PLACE TO GO TO!! We needed a replacement faucet for a very old utility sink. A plumber said he couldn't find a replacement, he would have to re-do all the pipes. We went to Ardy's Bath with a picture of the old faucet, they assembled what we needed, told me how to install it. We walked out in ten minutes with the problem completely solved at minimal cost. ASK for Danny, read more

Best place in town!! Went in to browse for a few minutes while i was waiting for an appointment i had in the building and was approached by Danny Lahijani. He was GREAT!! He was sooooo knowledgeable about everything. I know its beverly hills but the prices were very reasonable. I ended up purchasing items for a couple of projects. Danny was always available through phone, text or email. Such a small world cause my plumber knew about Ardy's, he has worked with Ardy and Danny's other clients. There is a reason why they have been in business for 30 years. he had great ideas that really made my bathrooms look amazing. I met the owner Ardy as well when i went in and he was very nice. I highly recommend going to Ardy's for all your kitchen and bath needs. DANNY IS THE MAN!!!! read more

I have worked with Daniel Denton at Ardys for going on a decade. I keep coming back because the customer service, vast knowledge and honesty is unsurpassed. Wife just returned from seeking opinion, specs, and planning new bathroom. We had some specs and ideas in mind that she discussed with them only to be continually rebuffed that our preferred options are far less and cheaper than the people they normally deal with. Yes - this is what we want. Yes - we do what high efficiency toilets. Yes we do want double-basin sink and not two... On & On. Wife is a very fair judge of character and quiet lenient. But its clear the store only considers you worth their time - even if you are the only customer at 9 am right at opening - if you are interested in what they have to sell irrespective of price and value. I guess if you have thousands to burn and don't care, shop away. read more

My bathroom looks astonishing thanks to Ardy's! I love each and every single piece and couldn't be any happier! Danny helped us out with this project by selecting pieces for me to choose from and I was very pleased. The selection in this store is beyond incredible because it gives you variety to choose from. The prices are reasonable and the quality of the material is truly one of a kind. Would definitely recommend going to Ardy's and seeing Danny! read more

I am a builder in the Los Angeles area. Just recently discovered Ardy's. They have a huge selection of bath and kitchen hardware. I have been to there showroom several times and find there sales people to be very knowledgeable. When I have sent my clients to their showroom they do a great job of navigating them through the different options and help the client in making a good decision. When I place my orders they are always delivered as promised...! If you are in the market for bath and kitchen supplies I highly recommend that you stop by their showroom. read more

I am literally horrified by my experience dealing with Ardy's sales guy Daniel Denton. Never had I experience someone with so little professionalism and mannerism. Upon receipt of invoices, he insisted that I purchase the rough together with trim, I called him for a discussion to purchase the rough first and trim later. He responded not only with extreme aggression, but defensively, calling me wasting his time and just make a decision. So I said I will email him back with my decision, upon receipt of my email (to buy the rough first), he emailed back immediately saying he's not gonna do this business and will void the invoices and delete my credit card information. Seriously!? I could have a reasonable discussion and bought the whole set if it really causes inconvenience. Letting alone, I have spent weeks trying to decide which faucet to go with the bathrooms, he just canceled the order without my permission. I cannot believe this is how he (as a representative of the company) treat their customers. read more

Daniel Denton helped me on a project. Every single item came labeled for each room - down to a basic screw. The work was done flawlessly since everything was so organized. I'm now writing this review a year later and I asked him for helped on something he by no means had to, or was even getting paid for, but he went out of his way to get me the product code and got me an answer swiftly. Highly recommend him. Great customer service ! read more

I have read the other reviews and am surprised by the negative ones. I am redoing a house and have been looking for moderately high end fixtures for some rooms, basic for others. I have been totally satisfied. First, Ardy's has a wide selection of prices, some are at the fairly high end, (not ultra high end) but their prices are discounted and fair. Second, where my sales person thought that I could do better on line, he told me so. Where there was a big disparity, I bought on line (one item), with other items I paid about 5% more to know I had a responsible place to return things if there were a problem. The reviewer who said "the most expensive in town," is factually so far off base that one has to wonder whether he has an agenda. Third, my rep has consistently offered me both lower and higher priced alternatives to what I had been looking at. Fourth, he was knowledgeable both in product lines and in the technical aspects of the products. Fifth, Ardy's has an area with close outs, returns, etc that are fabulous deals. Sixth, as my job got delayed, Ardy's stored my order for more than seven months without complaining. Would I recommend Ardy's, I just have. read more

I built a new home years ago and Irma at Arby's Bath Collection was so helpful! I have seven bathrooms and the house was custom built. As owner builder, I was overwhelmed until I met Ardy and Irma. Eight years later, I still call on and refer them to client and friends. Anytime you need a hard to find part or a person to sit down and help with get things ordered, see Irma! She's a jewel! read more

We had a complete remodel done on our house (which required new sinks, showers, faucets, fixtures, toilets, etc. for three bathrooms and a kitchen), so we came to Ardy's and worked with Danny to get everything picked out and ordered. There were a lot of things to keep track of, but Danny is great and helped us manage all the moving pieces for our huge project. He was super patient with us while we contemplated all the styles and options available. He's really knowledgeable about all the products Ardy's offers and he made us feel comfortable with our final decisions. He's also great at getting back to us quickly whenever we have questions. And when a few items were backordered or had long lead times, Danny was really proactive at following-up and worked very hard to get us what we needed on time. He also deserves credit for dealing with three of us (myself, my husband, and our contractor/designer) constantly calling and emailing and stopping by the store -- he really went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and that everything went smoothly. We would definitely come back to Ardy's for any future needs. read more
