They have so many Korean focused products mostly in home goods like kitchen items, tons of bedding, rice cookers and kimchi fridges, but also things like makeup, skincare and clothes. Well priced house slippers with a lot of options! The entire second floor is electronics and more expensive goods, which I hear are not the best to buy here. I usually stick to cheaper items, more kitchen and cooking related needs at Kim's. They have a pretty strict return policy which I hear is a bit risky for more pricey items. I went in specifically for Makgeolli supplies and was so happy to find the pot & cups I needed, at nearly half the price of amazon! Support local stores instead of shopping online! I'm definitely a fan of Kim's Home Center and will come here for all my related needs in the future.

Great and professional customer service! All the girl who works there are professional designers! They have so many great design ideas. They helped me a lot with my furniture selection for the entire house. I purchased all my furniture, kitchen cabinets, Miele appliances and chandeliers for the entire house from this store and Im extremely happy with every single item. When Soosan, Jinny and Jane did my kitchen design, they created a special board for me with my kitchen elevations and 3d design, so I could see my kitchen in the finish which I selected and including Miele steam oven, refrigerator, cooktop and hood. The 3d design looked so real like it was a picture of my house. So I basically could feel that my kitchen was already done and I was just staying in the middle of the room. I received my cabinets in 8 weeks as I was promised! I is really exiting because the kitchen was made in Germany and delivered to me. The quality is amazing! I was helped by Jane and Jinny, who were helpful the entire time we were looking around, answering questions about different hierarchy of prices, what things were made of (I was a total newb when it came to interior design - everything I knew was from HGTV lol). They were so patient and assured me that they could work with any budget. They even pulled out a 3D design that they just recently did for a kitchen that was smaller than ours. It looked beautiful! So we took home a bunch of information, thinking well, what do we have to lose to see if they could design something that we liked for our new kitchen. So we asked them to design something based off of a few criterias - budget, openness (which would be really hard because our old kitchen had a giant wall and the layout was really impractical). The boss/designer came up with something so original - we couldn't even have thought of that! rather than having the island go perpendicular to (east west) the living room, they suggested we go north-south. This opened up our entire living and kitchen area and it also made the kitchen practical to use with more efficient use of cabinet space. They showed us how we could cut down on some of the price by picking drawers that didn't have the pull out but making sure we got at least 2 pull outs that were necessary. Andd, we still got the Bauformat German made cabinets that literally shipped from Germany (and hence we had to wait for them since this was in the middle of July and they take a whole month off - hello, America, where are with with such great vacation culture?) that are so well-made, fancy, and durable. For countertop, I went with Caesarstone since it was more affordable and actually more to my liking than granite. They helped me pick out the right shade of island "accent wall"and tiles for the floor. Honestly they went out of their ways to make sure that I got the dream kitchen that I always wanted but within my budget. I never felt like I was a small job for them (and I'm sure they had much bigger clients with much bigger wallets). It does help if you're Korean for the banter but they all speak English so you'll be in trusted hands. Best advice is to let them help you design and come up with something that fits your budget. You are paying for their expertise. I'm so happy with our remodel. I'm sure we will get a lot of value out of it and I'm happy we did it now vs. when we are close to selling so that I could enjoy it while we have it! When we do move, I am totally going back to them to remodel. P.S. their customer service is exceptional. It's like I made new friends. When they were done with the kitchen, I found a few problems and they came back to fix it without any complaints. They also gave me a cute candle and candle holder that matches my countertop so perfectly that it lives there now. They also check up on me from time to time even though they're completely done with the job. It's been around 7 months and they still text to see if I'm happy. That's real customer service!

When I returned to my car, I noticed that one of the cups had a scratch on it. I walked back inside and told one of the guys, who immediately exchanged the cup for me. No questions asked! The only downside is their parking lot. The lot only has enough space for 4-5 cars and there are pallets around the entire perimeter of the lot. Since there is only one way in and out, you need to reverse out of the lot and into traffic if there is no where for you to park. They are now on 8th and Serrano, a block away from Zion Market. They have a lot of free parking in their garage. This store is huge like a warehouse with a ton of home goods, specifically geared to Korean cooking. I specifically was looking for Makgeolli supplies to hold a tasting when my friends come into town next month. I was happy they had supplies like the cups & pots for less money than they are sold on Amazon. I was happy they had different sizes and styles at various price points. I was able to find exactly what I needed and it was a very successful trip! If you have questions, it is much better to speak Korean although not necessary. Staff is very friendly and willing to help! My friend and I were also warmly greeted when we entered. Aside from cooking and kitchen items, Home Shopping World actually does have a very large selection of food items, plus skin care & cosmetics!
