I couldn't decide on flooring, backsplash or outdoor tile. Through it all they were patient. Honored my store credit two years later. Amir is so nice and helpful. He was easy to work with, honest and not pushy. I ended up finally purchasing this Moroccan star tile that looks amazing in my backyard. The guys are all really nice here! read more

I can't emphasize how great of an experience I've had with Cosmos Flooring and their entire staff. From the moment I walked in, the gentlemen helped me for countless hours on multiple days and worked with me until I picked out the perfect flooring for my project. Their professional demeanor, good prices, and excellent customer service has earned them a true 5/5 star rating. I'd rate them 10 stars if I could. Highly recommend working with Cosmos Flooring! Thanks again! read more

Cosmos Flooring is the best place to shop for flooring! I had a hard time find the right flooring for my new house, and Abdi, Al, and everyone there really helped me to find what I've been looking for! (And I am picky...)Everyone is so professional and reliable, so if something goes wrong, they will help you! I was so impressed with their customer service! I am definitely going back! Thank you! read more

The reviews got to be shady. A quick walk in and you can tell that the customer service is not important in this place. The owner was rude and disrespectful to say the least. I cant comprehend how people like this stay in business. Go somewhere where you'll be treated with respect as a CLIENT. read more

We're doing a bathroom remodel and came in to look at floor tiles. We spent 20 minutes browsing and the guy running the store was helping someone else so we left to get lunch next door. We came back after lunch and again he was busy with someone else. No problem, we browsed some more. However, after another 20+ minutes of browsing, he never said a word to us and avoided eye contact. It was weird. It's a small store so it's not like he didn't notice us the first time, or that we came back a second time! A simple "I'll be with you soon" would have sufficed. So, we decided we would take our business elsewhere. There wasn't anything too special about the selection anyway. read more

Outstanding selection and a dedication to customer satisfaction. I've tiled a bathroom and kitchen with Cosmos and will return when we renovate my other bathrooms next month. High quality product at a fair price. This place is great. read more

Highly recommend Cosmos!! I purchased beautiful Italian tile for my house. I had searched various places and Cosmos not only had a great selection but wonderful service and excellent value. They were honest, helpful and I look forward to returning when I attempt to redo another room. I am bummed because I found a am amazing countertop which I wished I had purchased from them. They have endless selection and even when I thought I hadn't found the right thing, they were all kind. It's when I started to leave that I saw a sample I couldn't live without. Very happy customer!! Thank you team Cosmos!! read more

Sold me flooring. It all cracked. Every single plank cracked within a month. It was Azur reserve Monaco brand HF design and BR funsten. They didn't help or refund. Don't ever buy this wood or support HF or BR Funsten. Images of cracked wood here. Happened so quickly and our floors were installed by my contractor who has been installing hardwood for 27 years says this never happened before. read more

They offer an expansive selection of flooring, back splashes and natural stones. We stopped by on the random and they had the flooring we had been searching high and low for! Not only did they have it but they had better pricing than Home Depot! In addition, they were able to turn our order around the next day. Stop by and you won't be disappointed. Enjoy! read more

Cosmos came thru clutch for me when I was in a bind yesterday. I needed 50 sq ft of tile in a pinch, and they came through. What a great team, not to mention the price was lower than I paid to the tile co in Anaheim the first round. They waited around after closing for me to show up which was well above and beyond for a customer. This is a rarity in Los Angeles these days. 10/10 will return. read more

Stay away!!! Far, far away!!! I went into see these people because I saw they had an extremely high yelp review. What became apparent quickly is that they have been paying yelp the monthly fee to remove all bad reviews. There is NO WAY this company has a yelp review higher than a 2 at best. My experience... I have been in to their store 3 times now. Every time they could not find my info in their system and every time they seemed more confused than before. To say they are disorganized would be a major understatement. To add insult to injury the people they send to take measurements have now stood me up 3 times. - The first time they never even called. - The second time he left a message said he might not possibly make it, but this was after calling 15 minutes late. When I called back... He said his bosses said they sent him out of town to pick something else up and not to worry about me. So I asked him how could you "possibly make it" if you are in fact out of town? Hmmmm. Sounds pretty obvious to me - The third time he actually was suppose to be at my place by 5p. I called at 6:30p when he said he was sorry he would not be able to make it. I asked why he could not reach out and why ,I the client, had to call him... His response... "Whatever" and then he hung up. The crazy part is that I have a pretty large job to do, approximately 30-40k. So if they are going to treat me like this don't even think of going there for less. Again... Stay far far far far away from these people. They make it too hard to spend money. When you are a customer you should be treated as if your project and your time matters. These people don't have the first inkling on how to treat a customer or a human being the right way. Again stay far far far away. read more

Great selection, attentive personnel, very professional through the estimate process. My bamboo floors look beautiful and the workmen were fantastic. I had a less-than ideal experience, however, when it comes to a small patch of entryway flooring where I had tiles installed. The person who installed the tiles does not have the necessary level of expertise or professionalism. He did a subpar job (uneven tiling), knew he did a subpar job and didn't have the pride in his work or respect for the customer (and maybe even the skills) to correct it. I initially let it go, but it bothered me and more than one visitor to my home noticed it, so I called Cosmos six months later to have it fixed. The tile is now "less bad" than it was originally, but it is still uneven. The installer (same guy) realized this when he was done and shrugged at the remaining uneven piece, saying something to the effect of "You know what to do if it continues to bother you...just call us back." Cosmos, please stop cutting corners by having an office person do installation jobs...no matter how small. It degrades your brand and reputation. And potential customers...when it comes to tiles, you might want to look into finding your own installer. _____ Update: I was immediately contacted by the owner of the business after he read my review. He was concerned about my experience and satisfaction, and within days had arranged to have the tiling replaced (at my convenience) by a very capable professional. The final job is impeccable....it's like night and day the way it looked before. Thank you Abdi and thank you Abel for your hard work and craftsmanship. read more

Service: 5 stars Product: 5 Stars Price: 5 Stars Time spent: 5 stars Long overdue review. Came here this past summer to pick out wood-like tile for our living room. I was greeted immediately and the staff was very helpful. I told them my budget and they helped me find tiles that were in my budget. I went to 7 different tile stores in the area and found them to be the cheapest and have the largest variety of wood-like tiles. I ordered my tiles Wednesday afternoon and they were available to be picked up in store the next day! Definitely will go back for all my tile needs. read more

I would recommend Cosmos Flooring to anyone as good business deserves more business! Cosmos flooring was recommended to us by our friend Jeromy a few years back, he spoke very highly of them. So after looking around town we went there -- WOW -- The whole experience was amazing, Abdi is a BIG help, he was great, he is always willing to help, easy to talk to and very patient! We had tons of questions and went through tons of options. He was always calm & collected and did not rush us or push us. We have bought a lot of tiles, Backsplashes from Abi for our house and Condo. I had a small project that I was working on covering a wall with spanish tiles, Abdi gave me some tiles for free! My wife and I are huge fans of Cosmos Flooring & Abdi! Gary & Becky read more

I should have written this long ago. This family owned store is run by two brothers who have to be the sweetest guys I have ever met. When I first walked in a few years ago, I loved their product, but have to admit, I was way too suspicious of them coz they were just so polite, patient and never stopped smiling. I just couldn't trust they were actually genuine with their kindness and attention. To one and all, THESE GUYS ARE THE REAL DEAL. They will climb mountains to help make your vision come true. They have always come through for me as a (demanding) client. They consistently give great (almost stupid) deals that it's now gotten to the point that I am too embarrassed to bother negotiating these days. I am their client until the day one of us drops dead.... Abdi, Shapour, Alexa, Soheyla You guys are truly the creme de la creme I wish you all a prosperous New Year ahead, you deserve it!!! read more

This place has a great selection and even better customer service! We purchased some shower tile here a couple weeks ago, and this weekend we needed a couple more pieces. When we drove up to Cosmos they were closed for fumigation! We emailed them and they answered us right away, met us in back of the store within the hour, and got the tile we needed (since it was stored in the back lot, which wasn't being fumigated). Thank you so much, Cosmos! You saved the day! read more

The selection here is amazing and customer service is equally on par. If you're looking to remodel start here.

My wife is an architect and I am a research scientist, so you can imagine how insanely picky and meticulous we were when it came time to redo the floors in our home. We had gone to several flooring places, but found that the selection and service at Cosmos was second to none. We came to them with the material already picked out: Teragren strand woven bamboo and cork. Abdi and company were extremely helpful and friendly in working with us to get what we wanted and the final quote was very competitive even when compared to online sites. I had corresponded with Abdi several times by phone and email and he was always very responsive. We actually ended up getting the cork somewhere else because we found a style and price that met our budget elsewhere, but what I liked was that he wasn't pushy about trying to sell us something he had in stock. We also ended up using Cosmos as a subcontractor to install the bamboo and floating cork, and had a good experience as well. It should be noted that we had the subfloors installed by our general contractor, so what we paid Cosmos for was strictly labor beyond the material. This too, was fair and competitively priced. My wife and I are very happy with the outcome. I would highly recommend Cosmos for their selection, prices, and especially service. Abdi and Soraya (I think that's her name) are so easy to work with. If you're thinking about doing your floors, you definitely need to stop by their store and actually talk to them (be engaged!). If you don't believe me, I challenge you to visit other places and see the difference for yourself. read more

Cosmos Flooring - So many selections - Flooring Near Me - Los Angeles, California

My wife and I went to Cosmos for A LOT of different tiles, plus a couple Quartz slabs, installation and glue down vinyl flooring. We are very diligent about checking prices and these guys are super competitive, friendly, honest, and very patient. We went to them for everything and changed our minds a few times. They never gave us a hard time or charged anything for returns/exchanges. A lot of bigger places are difficult to work with. Sometimes you just want a quote and they won't even talk to you unless you are a designer or contractor. Here, you can walk right in and get a quote that is competitive with designer rates. Not surprised they still have 5 stars. read more

Beautiful store. Dog friendly! Service.... ehhhh. Every employee was too busy to look up from there desk to greet me... or even acknowledge that I walked into there store... not even a glance.
