If you can pry one away, they know exactly what they are doing; Very efficient and knowledgeable. Anyway, they replaced the broken part no charge but they didn't have it in stock. Still, great company. Oh and I don't know that they have a lot and the metered parking is overtaken by Urth customers. There is a little road a building or 2 away the intersects Melrose that has more metered parking.

I'm writing today, because I just received notice that I need to wait until September for a hose for the bathtub that was ordered 6 weeks ago has been delayed. IMO the products look good - which is why designers like them, but their performance is very poor. If you need a part (all proprietary), it's a minimum 2 months wait! I'm tempted to replace all of the waterworks fixtures 2 tubs, 5 showers, 7 sinks, 7 toilets with something from Home Depot or Lowes. And never listen to a designer again!!!!

Nothing was right - we needed a relatively plain, white background floor tile to go with our late 80's kitchen cabinets. On a whim really we went to Porcelanosa in West Hollywood because I drive by it all the time. They had EXACTLY what I wanted and the sales person (Tala) was terrific. She always replied to me by text and email almost immediately for the few follow up questions. Even the delivery went well. This was a 30 minute drive for me but that's nothing when it comes to enjoying a walk through some awesome plants. There isn't much parking and you have to find a spot on the street. Upon entering the property you are consumed with lush and rare greenery. I found many sought after plants and they were priced accordingly. There are many areas in their outdoor area as well as inside the greenhouse. Most plants have a price on the pot of on a tray if there are multiples. There is also a pottery shop although I didn't go in there. I could have easily left with a car full of plants but was able to exercise restraint and only left with a sweet Hoya Polyneura.
