I was very frustrated dealing with my local Kohler store near me in Irvine, staff was terrible, they didn't seem to care. I later found out that the Irvine Kohler is not manager by Kohler it is run by Hajoca NOT Kohler. Attended the Design and Wine event at the Kohler Experience Center about a week ago and what a gorgeous showroom! We were taken into the area where the Subzero wine cabinets are displayed and a representative from the company was there to show us all of the features they offer. There were things I learned that I was not aware of before, like that wine (red and white) is stored best at 55 degrees. If you are looking for new products for your kitchen or for a client's kitchen, I would definitely recommend making a stop at this showroom to check out all of the latest and most innovative new options. Wow, what a fabulous experience at Kohler Experience Center my mother and I had remodeling her bathrooms. We worked with Miguel Reyes who was the most patient, knowledgeable and resourceful sales rep we could have hoped for. He didn't blink an eye as my mom and I asked a million questions and went back and forth on our final choices. He even honed in on our banter as we discussed needs and issues amongst ourselves, and interjected with alternative solutions that solved our problems and check all our boxes. He also helped us with our shipments/deliveries and a couple last minute return/exchange requests. Quite the hand holding we needed. We felt the red carpet rolled out for us. Had a great shopping experience with an appointment had personalized service with a representative named Adam. Adam was my guy and he helped me select my products- I also got a small discount for coming in and working with them. It was really nice and you want to buy everything. All of my products look and function well. There were A LOT of shipping and distribution issues and they also sent some wrong parts and there were major delays (unknown when ordering) to the point of me canceling stuff. I sent them this email and wanted to post it here as well to save potential buyers from the 8-month nightmare we had. Long story short - they sold us the wrong pieces when we added a new bathroom and it wasn't until everything was installed that we realized it and ultimately had to break walls to fix it. If anyone has questions about what's to follow, do not hesitate to ask me and I'll explain it fully. Trust me, you don't want this. To KOHLER management... So what we've learned through this is that Clint sold us the wrong stuff. We unknowingly bought two showers with two wands. Only one shower was supposed to have a wand. We returned the wand but in the meantime the shower handle that needs that wand has been the wrong handle this whole time. So the fault lies first with Kohler for selling us stuff we didn't need or ask for, then the plumber for installing it and not noticing we had the wrong handle until the diverter button wouldn't stay in to keep the shower running. Besides also realizing after the fact that your pieces are plastic (unbelievable you sold us plastic without telling us, the cost was extreme enough we never would have imagined your products are plastic) - this has been the worst experience for us in purchasing with your store and in purchasing your product. I'd appreciate it if you share this with management so that it is understood and this doesn't happen to another FORMERLY loyal Kohler customer. With so many options on the online market that it can often feel overwhelming, the Kohler Experience Center really makes it easy to envision the bathroom of your dreams and to see how every component would come together. Tobi was my guide and she could not have been more helpful. Tobi is highly knowledgeable, has amazing taste, and provides invaluable advice. For example, my architect had proposed a free standing tub for our master bathroom. Tobi reviewed the proposal and pointed out the potential for water damage in the space and steered me more towards something which is just as lovely, but won't cause me construction headaches down the road. Waited around for 15 min and went back to him, he said someone was on lunch and would help me in 10 minutes. Continued to wait totally ignored the whole time. I want to give Lala at the West Hollywood store another big shout out for her helpfulness in making another situation right for us, this time following an order that we weren't satisfied with a few months ago. We had looked online for a new Kohler toilet and settled on the Corbelle model. The order was being shipped from Kohler in 3 parts including the bottom skirt, top tank, and seat. Mainfreight was the shipping company used. According to the shipment tracker, the skirt was first shipped. Based on that information, we had the plumber come to gauge the correct distance between the skirt and the new water line connection to be installed because this model's skirt flared out considerably and we needed to make sure it wouldn't obstruct the new supply line for the plumber to install. The plumber opened the box and discovered that the shipment was the tank that was shipped, not the skirt that we were led to believe. Unfortunately we still had to pay the plumber for his service call even though he didn't get a chance to do what he needed. We tried to connect with Mainfreight but couldn't since they're 3 hours ahead on Eastern time and then the weekend was upon us when they were closed. We were further frustrated after calling them at 6 a.m. (9 over there) Monday morning and they said they'd contact their local office in LA to get in touch with us but the local office never contacted us. When Mainfreight did finally call to schedule delivery of the skirt, we canceled the order and instructed them to return it to Kohler. The second issue was that the tank that we did receive had a cut out hole in the back that we didn't expect or want and only later learned that it was to allow the installation of a continuous clean gadget, if desired - and we didn't want that. This detail was not on Kohler's website when we ordered the product and believe it should have been clearly disclosed. We called Lala and she walked us through in ordering a replacement product. Lala promptly processed our full refund and placed a new order with another style of toilet, the Highline, after she made sure that a similar cut out in the tank did not exist. The new product was mercifully delivered by FedEx, a much more reliable shipper. We're very grateful to Lala for all her assistance again, very much like last year when she helped us with a defective product replacement. We'll definitely keep going back to her in the future. read more

Will not be purchasing from them again. Ever. I ordered everything for a multi room remodel from Kohler's Beverly Blvd. store. The sales team in the store is knowledgeable and very helpful. I bought multiple sinks and plumbing fixtures from them. Upon installation, it was discovered that the main kitchen sink faucet was defective and leaked. Kohler refused to replace it. All they will cover is replacement parts, under their warranty, and then I have to pay to have a plumber take apart the brand new fixture and install what they send. I don't know if they are even sending correct replacement parts. They haven't seen the sink so are just going from my description of the leak. This is a very expensive fixture and I am stunned that they have so little regard for their customers and so little desire to stand behind their own quality of product. Neither the Center nor their warranty division can give me an estimate of how long it will take to get the parts. I'm just supposed to live without a working kitchen sink indefinitely. If I could, I'd return everything I bought from them and start over with Rohl, who had excellent customer service the one time I needed it. I will not be buying from Kohler again. Their products are beautiful. Their customer care is abysmal. read more

KEC LAX (Kohler Experience Center In West Hollywood) is a must for anyone remotely interested in bath and kitchen fixtures. Over the course of what seemed like forever, I have been all over everywhere looking for the perfect replacements to the shitty faucets and vanities that have been begging to be replaced. I liked Kohler and even visited the Kohler store in Culver City probably 3-4 times but nothing stood out as The One. Here at KEC I have a different problem. The displays of sample baths are befitting of any modern bathroom magazines - the tile work, the flooring, mirrors, toilets, showers, so many great ideas for an elegant bathroom. The two-level store is huge. Displayed downstairs are sample baths, vanities, toilets and their Kallista (designer) line. Upstairs are faucets, showerheads, kitchen faucets, sinks and, their proprietary shower walls, tiles, and an international section of cool faucets that dont conform to California water-saving code. I met 2 associates on my 3 visits here. I liked this place so much that I had to come back and narrow down my choices. Megan was super helpful, knowledgeable and patient. Funny enough I actually met her at the Culver City store a while before. But like I said, nothing stood out there and I couldn't put things together myself online, so I never followed up but was glad to meet her again here. There were a dozen of things I wanted and in so many possible finishes (they offer 12 or so). Upstairs there is a wheel of different finishes along with vanity finishes and sink color to mix and match. What I loved about this place is that water actually comes out of some of the faucets and there is an enclosed area where you can test handheld showerheads with the water on. You can even use and test their state of the art toilet upstairs, and in that restroom there is also a room full of showerheads that you can test by taking a real shower - simply book a reservation! Megan represents the brand well and did a great job putting my mind at ease from my concerns. She provided a detailed quote and followed up. The only thing now before handing over the credit card is about a hundred ducks (rubber duckies?) that I have to line up. Once I do that and receive the goods, I will write an update. read more

Best prices, great showroom, and the highest levels of customer service. On a recent bathroom remodel, we worked with David (Adam is great too!) and he was amazing! Not only did he consistently communicate with me about when items would be delivered but his recommendations for the remodel were spot on. Due to all of the Covid related issues/delays combined with contractor issues on our side, David was gracious in letting us delay the delivery of several larger items that we didn't have the space for. We did have an issue with one item on back order but Adam, covering for David, was able to provide a solution so we can finish our remodel on time. I went into the Kohler Experience Store this morning. I am redoing a small bathroom. I needed a vanity, mirror, lighting and faucet. However, I have certain space parameters and must use existing wiring. Michael Bird, the showroom consultant, listened carefully to my needs and gave me a tour of the showroom showing me products that perfectly met my requirements. For example I need extra lighting but cannot rewire to have light above vanity mirror. He showed me a beautiful vanity mirror with a medicine cabinet behind it with two vertical LED lights. My existing wiring would work with this. He later sent me links to all the products I may be interested in. I was very impressed with the quality of the products and the customer service at the store. read more
