Alicia took the time to really understand my situation - she called the warranty department on my behalf, helped me investigate which products were compatible, and tracked down the part I needed to order. She was knowledgable, friendly, and thorough. What stood out was how helpful she was and her willingness to go above-and-beyond. She researched compatibility across different Kohler products, got the warranty team involved when we needed answers, and stayed with it until we had the right part ordered. I've dealt with a lot of vendors during my remodel and this was hands down the best experience. Definitely ask for Alicia.

Some of the pieces are not cheap but they offer a lifetime warranty which we really love. There were so many beautiful items to see and choose from. I also like the fact that you can mix a match faucet and knobs, etc. What a fun store!

They worked around my challenging schedule to deliver them quickly to us. The delivery team was patient, diligent, and outstanding. They worked with us to ensure that we were satisfied with not just the function of the refrigerator and freezer, but also the appearance in our kitchen. Nothing was right - we needed a relatively plain, white background floor tile to go with our late 80's kitchen cabinets. She always replied to me by text and email almost immediately for the few follow up questions. Even the delivery went well. The tile had to be shipped from NY and yes, it was more $ than the other Dal tile, but let me tell you, it's gorgeous. The install is nearly complete so I will add photos later.

It had a Cambro product that fit my needs so dropped into the local store to see if they carried or could at least order. I asked a sales clerk about it, showed him the website with model number, but he wasn't sure if it would be available. He asked for my name and number to follow up so I gave him a business card. I have a hard time believing he NEVER called me back. I think CR does have a lot of products and it is fun to see all the toys we chefs like to play with. And yet as far as pizza is concerned I've been underwhelmed by their offerings for variety and depth. Now that's understandable. Not calling someone back is not understandable and on the verge of unforgivable. Of course it happens, but makes for such a poor reputation that why would you go back.
