Our experience at Dyson was amazing! We brought 2 products to be repaired, hopefully. Stephen was incredibly helpful and was able to troubleshoot them. Great customer service! read more

The store is great, kind of A flagship I think. They've always been super helpful, even helped me When they were out of stock in getting what I needed right away for my air purifiers which I love. Not super keen on my vacuum which didn't last as long as it should have for the price. I've downgraded and got something just as good from shark. read more

I always believed that Dyson Vacuum was a reputable company. But what I just experienced I am still having trouble understanding. I first bought a Dyson about 8 years ago. It w;s difficult at first because I couldn't push it. I called customer service and they explained how to fix it. I did what they said and it worked well. The time came for a new vacuum, of course I wanted a Dyson. In fact, I purchased the exact same model. When it arrived it had the same problem. It wouldn' budge. I looked for the gasket that I cut from the first one but there wasn't a gasket. I called customer serevice, the agent wanted to ship tha vacuum back to be modified. It was a crazy idea I thought, so I just did nothing. I called them this morning to see what I could get done. This person's name was David. I explained the issue. He was not the most empathetic man I have ever come across. I explained that I purchased the vacuum a couple of months ago and that I have not been able to properly use it. He said that it sounds like the vacuum and my carpet were incompatible. His recomenatiiom was for us to buy a new carpet. Needless to aay, I won't use them again. read more

Just moved into a new apartment and in desperate need of a good vacuum that's efficient and easily tucked away, and a really strong air purifier to help combat my new neighbors who regularly enjoy "The Devil's Lettuce"!!!! Just purchased a V15 and also an HP11 purifier. Mark assisted me with my purchase and helped me immensely. He went above and beyond. Thank you Mark! Just opened my dyson and it's charging now, and was very pleased to see my selection does indeed have a pet hair attachment. Love Dyson. Thank you. read more

Avery is amazing and she curled my hair with one of the curling iron and then she fixed my bangs for me with another tool. I'm coming back to buy them both. read more

Love this store. If you are in the market for any home appliances stop in and get to see how they work and the build quality. The staff is very welcoming and helpful showing how the different products work and what might work for your home. The prices might seem high, however, the quality and longevity of the Dyson brand is well known and as an owner of several of their products I can attest to that. read more

Annette is the GOAT!! I've played with my Dyson air wrap, and the diffuser is great for wearing my hair curly, but my 3C Curls wouldn't hold onto a blowout - at least not the way I was working. I made an appointment to come into the Dyson demo store, and to be honest, I was pretty skeptical that they'd be able to help - that the Dyson would be able to get hot enough to lock in a straighter hairstyle. But Annette came in the clutch! She experimented with a couple different techniques, and gave me a play-by-play on what **wasn't** working. The first brush (the round brush) she tried didn't work, and she explained why, and then pulled out another brush that was just magic on my hair. I love that she was willing to take the time in experiment to find what really worked for my hair. She taught me to do a section of my hair, and now it is a loose beachy blowout just like I wanted. I like now having options about whether to wear my hair curly or straight. Also love that the tutorial was free, that was a great value. So excited to go home and use my Dyson now!! read more

Huge thank you to Avery at the Century City Mall for helping me troubleshoot my blow dryer which was out of service! I was not happy that my Dyson completely stopped working after cleaning it. I couldn't get it to turn back on and she told me to click the test and reset 10 times and it worked. I was so shocked and so happy!!! read more

I've purchased several items with her guidance, and her product knowledge is incredibly impressive. F*** Dyson, seriously. I've spent over $1k on this awful purifier humidifier, that has only left me mold and a rancid smell in my home. They offer no repair centers locally or any in-home repair, in LOS ANGELES. I was told to bring the machine and ship it back myself. I can't even lift this machine, as I told them, I'm not physically able due to a medical condition. They could seriously not care less. Their solution was to have me purchase a new one for 20% off. Are you kidding?! I just bought a brand new filter this week, for $90 and it already says I need a new one. I've cleaned it with the powders they have, I've scrubbed it, I've tried everything. Nothing works on this ridiculously overpriced machine. This is totally unacceptable and I'll never purchase something from them again. read more

Amazing store and people! I love Dyson vacuums and the people make it even easier to buy them. Totally worth it!

Walked in the last 20 minutes and the first employee was not very welcoming at all. We walked in ready to purchase two vacuums but wanted to test them out and we were ready to walk out right away. LUCKILY Stephan came out to help! He answered all our questions, demonstrated, gave us his honest opinions between the vacuums, and everything. Didn't seem to care that we walked in the last 20 minutes before closing. He did not rush us or anything. We definitely stayed because of him and left happy with our purchases! He was amazingly kind and helpful :) THANK YOU STEPHEN! read more

I was having an issue with my machine and I called the store to get some help. I was really lucky to have Annette answer the line. She was super friendly and genuinely seemed to care. She steered me in the right direction and we fixed the problem. My partner and I had just been saying before I called that maybe we try a different brand once our vacuum finally dies, but honestly her customer service reminded me how great the company and people are. After the call I told him "never mind, we're sticking with Dyson." read more

Alex/Alejandro Perez was so so helpful!!!!!! I have to say first it's so much different buying in store than internet ! I gotta say prices are better than Costco and you get more value. He had explained it to me all The way with a smile, I'm so so happy I got the v15. It was easy smooth and most importantly it's nothing to compare to! Harry is a lifesaver! Dyson hair care is the gold standard of the market in my opinion and I live, sleep, and eat by my Airwrap. Obviously, slightly over exaggerating my Airwrap obsession but I will say I have owned the Airwrap for years since the og and I still think about how wonderful it is for my hair routine almost daily. That's value. Unfortunately, my Airwrap started smoking at the very end of the warranty period, just in time for Dyson to substitute my old Airwrap for a brand-new one. It was a bit of a headache to go without my Airwrap for a week (you have to send it back in the mail and then the new one arrives next day), but the process was relatively seamless. However, little roadblocks kept occurring (they no longer made my color of Airwrap so the new one no longer matched all my official accessories), and then two week in, the new Airwrap suddenly died mid-use. I was beyond bummed out. I couldn't imagine dealing with wet hair for another week and going through the whole process again, and after trying to air dry my hair for the second day straight, I called Dyson at Century City, phone in hand, hair still soaking wet. Harry picked up, heard my long-enduring dilemma, tried to help me troubleshoot the suddenly dead Airwrap, and then comfortingly told me to come on by literally that same evening and he'd help me exchange it out. Thank you so much Harry!! Saved my business formal look and my hair routine in one fell swoop, that's fantastic customer service and I appreciate Harry's tact and great customer service. He and his team of lovely ladies (I recall their names began with H and A) helped me sort the issue out in the least painful method ever. So happy with my Dyson experience once again, and now seriously contemplating coming back for their new hair products... :) read more
