Dyson - Appliances Near Me - Los Angeles, California

After a NEARLY TWO YEAR wait for Dyson online to restock the Digital Motorbar cleaner head for my V15 Detect (I have just been using the Fluffy Optic cleaner head on my carpeted rooms, which doesn't do a very good job), I walked into Dyson in the Westfield Mall to inquire what could possibly be the explanation for this. I was informed that the store does not stock spare parts, but Stephen was willing to listen to my frustration, as I was beginning to believe they might never supply a Motorbar head for my DY$ON V15, leaving it to be a shadow of the expensive, do-it-all vacuum I purchased a couple of years ago. Stephen then confirmed that the V15 Digital Motorbar was still "Out of Stock", and then let me know that there was another model of Motorbar that would be compatible, it only lacked the carpet height adjustment. I was relieved, then incredulous, noting to Stephen that, never in the two years I have continually checked the Dyson parts website did they EVER mention other compatible heads that WERE in stock. The happiest ending to this story? As I thanked Stephen and prepared to go home and order said Motorbar, still shaking my head over the terrible customer service issue with getting parts for this expensive vacuum, he tells me he will quickly place the order for me. He asked me to enter my name and shipping address, and as I waited to tap my card, he hands me a receipt for $0.00. Thank you Stephen..... you have restored my faith in Dyson customer service. read more

I had such a great experience at this Dyson store that I really wanted to share it....I came in with an issue with my vacuum, and Stephen went above and beyond to help me. He was friendly, patient, and genuinely focused on finding a positive solution. What could have been a stressful or expensive situation ended up being such a pleasant one, and it honestly made my day. When you invest in a Dyson, the products are amazing but customer service matters just as much. Stephen showed that Dyson truly stands behind what they make, and that they value their customers. In a world where customer service can often feel rushed or impersonal, he took the time to listen, explain, and help in a way that was kind and professional. I'm so happy with all of the Dyson products I've purchased and this experience validated that even more. If you're thinking of investing in Dyson, this experience made me feel extremely happy to be a Dyson customer. Not only are the products great, but the customer service (especially from Stephen) is outstanding. He really represents the best of what customer care should be, and I left with an even higher opinion of the company. Thank you! read more

Dyson is my fave brand for appliances so I stoped by to check out the new air purifiers. I liked that all of their products were on display and you could feel and test them out. It was particularly busy that day which I get but I wasn't greeted or approached at all and I was there for at least 20 mins. I did have questions and it would've been fine if someone said they would get to me later or put me down on a list but nothing. Customer service is probably better when there aren't as many people. Unfortunate because I really did want to buy a purifier. read more

Alex is honestly the best, he was extremely helpful. Went above and beyond to give me the best customer service.

Annette was my stylist and she was very good. She took a great deal of time to explain and show me how to use The Dyson. Typically, it is not user friendly and takes time and patience to get it to work for the different things it's supposed to do. In fact, when I called for the appointment ,she told me to come in with damp hair and proceeded to help me complete until dry. I was there for over an hour and as it turns out the appointment was only supposed to be for a half hour and I think she got in trouble for doing this. I would give her a B+ rating, but the store on its own not so much..the people are not friendly and very matter-of- fact. I could tell they weren't happy I was there for so long. In my opinion they should allow the stylists unless they have other appointments, to take as long as they need to be able to help the customers with the Dyson product. After all, you are spending $600 for it !!! read more

Dyson - Dyson Airwrap! - Appliances Near Me - Los Angeles, California

Terribly disappointed in Dyson Customer Service. I had purchased a Dyson Supersonic Professional Blow Dryer (very expensive - over $500). I used it occasionally and it started having issues (not turning on) after about 18 months. The problem got worse during the next 6 months and I contacted Dyson. The person told me to clean the filter, which fixed the issue for a few weeks. Then the problem (not turning on) continued. When I contacted Dyson again, the representative told me that my product was out of warranty by 2 months. I explained that the problem had been happening less frequently during the warranty period. After several calls, they refused to repair the blow dryer, or replace it with a new one. Instead they finally agreed to provide a replacement blow dryer - a less expensive model and it was refurbished. Very poor customer service. Very poor by Dyson, not standing behind their product. The right thing to do would have been to either repair my blow dryer or replace it with a new one of the same model - particularly if they did not have the same model in a refurbished version. Will no longer buy Dyson products or recommend them. read more

Hayley was the sales person who helped me with the purchase the V15 detect cordless vacuum. I previously had an Animal 25 which lasted 12-1/2 years and it finally gave out. Hayley recommended the V15, which I purchased, but after using it and understanding that the battery life was 50 minutes, I needed to return this vacuum and get the larger battery life vacuum - The Outsize. I'm very happy with my purchase! read more

I posted a review a few days ago and the lowest rating I could give was a 2 stars. Still not knowing the status of my refund, I called Dyson this morning and waited on hold for over 40 minutes. The woman who finally answered told me that the refund team was "unavailable"and that I should wait to the end of the call to give my review. "Shockingly", no one came on the line. With this new non-information, I searched Yelp again and the worst rating I could give was 1 star. It's too bad. Until now I liked my Dyson vacuum cleaner. read more
