just in case anyone is reading the comments from snyder diamond, the device was not in display mode (which i told snyder diamond, i read the manual and tested it myself). They still refused a replacement and so I called Wolf myself - replacement arriving (with install) on August 8, 2025. Don't trust this company with your money! There was also no offer to repair any of the damage - that's a flat out lie. That was done already at the expense of myself and the GC doing the remodel. Again, just in the interest of clarity, there was zero offer to do anything except for send appliance repair people (the same people that damaged my property). read more

We had another great experience with Snyder Diamond. Patrick Gunn helped us to select our new fridge after our old one of 17 years broke down. Ten days later, Luis and Ely expertly delivered and installed our beautiful new Bosch 800 series refrigerator with two compressors. They made sure it was up and running, and explained the basics. Installers came by to install washer and dryer. This was an upstairs laundry room, with washer and dryer on top of each other. Fit was very tight. They did an excellent job getting both units in the small closet size laundry space. They were neat and polite, and explained everything to me. would use them again!!! read more

The delivery service for our new washer/dryer was amazing. We had difficulty shutting off our water and the installers/technicians, Ely and Luis, were so patient and understanding. Snyder Diamond used to be a great place to get appliances, Expensive but worth it for their selection and service. I have used them many times now and they just get worse and worse. Do not go there unless you want misery. Their selection is not even close to how good it was before. The staff has no clue what they are doing. You have to research everything on line or you won't know a thing, because they don't. When you order something it takes forever, as in up to 6 months to come in and they never check in on you or tell you it can be that long. When it finally comes and is to be delivered they use the cheapest company they can find. They just now sent me the wrong dishwasher so it has to go back and I took off for this. The frig they delivered is big. Now, they knew this. So big that the door had to be removed and I had to hire 2 employees to do that and help them get the frig. in. Whether it will even work is another question. And guess what, they don't care. read more

A day after I gave this Yelp review I heard from the store. They said they would give me a discount on another tank. The tank that they told me to purchase unfortunately is vented differently and would not work with the Newport brass faucet. I've not heard back as of yet. Unfortunately I've done a lot of research now on insta hot tanks and definitely don't want to make a repeated mistake. Some companies faucets don't match other companies tanks which is why I at the store I purchased a Newport brass faucet and tank together. read more

We bought our entire suite of kitchen appliances from Snyder Diamond (Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Range, Speed Oven and Hood Vent). They have a great selection and are super knowledgeable. To be fair, many places in a competitive market like L.A can provide this. I'm writing this (long-overdue) review because of the gentleman who helped us: Christian Alvarez. From first "just looking" - to coming back to purchase from him specifically - to final delivery - he was a constant source of help, information, and support. Yep, support. To those of you who have gone through a renovation with a challenging GC, this might hit home. *(More on THAT situation when it finally comes to a close). Christian worked with our frustrating and ever moving delivery date - and I mean ever-moving. It became comedic. Re: knowing the products available and their nuances, he is a consummate salesman in that he listens to what the customer wants and he knows how to offer options including ones that might not have been on our radar. He is thorough, smart, and doesn't miss a beat - all while bringing his patience and compassion to the table. Christian's stellar service and ability to work with a situation specific to each client makes him such an asset. We'll be back when it's time to remodel our bathroom, or if we need hardware, or if we need anything Snyder Diamond carries. It's now our first go-to. read more

Writing to update my review because I worked with Rene again to replace a number of items in my condo's bathrooms that needed to be updated. Of course, I had to choose some of the most expensive items on the website when I initially asked for pricing, but Rene helped me choose things that were just as beautiful and fit within my budget. I received a message from Robert the store manager who send his apologizes and provided some additional follow up, which was appreciated. But ultimately it didn't change anything, though it felt more like they tried- more in the sense that they were clear about who they contacted and the response from the manufacturer. The previous team likely did the same or similar, but were worse about communicating that. Thereafter, I still felt like I had to be proactive to check on status though there wasn't truly a delay in terms the expectations they set E.g. I was told they would contact me again sometime on 7/29- so by 2p, I sent the email asking about it, and was told to wait until early next week- and by the following Monday at 2p, I emailed and they said the items were checked in just an hour. At least I now have everything finally! In the end, I'd likely choose the same company for their price-matching, the expertise of their salesman, but I'd know better that to trust their estimated ETA for customized items- and would want them to pin down a more realistic timeline in writing. But TBH I'm not confident any other retail store would be much better- unless it's some concierge service in which I'm shelling out $$$$$ read more

They are so pleasant until you have your money and then it goes significantly downhill from there. You're completely locked in once you put the deposit down no chance of return. When you receive you appliances they drop them at your doorstep and then you have three days to get them installed and makes sure they work or you are out of luck. The service is terrible. they completely wipe their hands clean of you and charge you as if they are a full service company. I have deep regrets spending money with them and all i can do is warn other to avoid doing business with this company you will live to regret it. read more

Is there an option for a negative number? How complicated is it to obtain tracking information? Evidently a bar too high for Synder Diamond. Told item shipped, tracking info to you tomorrow. That information never came. Repeated calls over the next six days to multiple people gained nothing. Seems like the company intentionally hires people who run away from simple challenges. Excellent sales support by Christian Alvarez , knows his stuff good advice. Worth the extra few bucks. They use outside installers who are all poorly run and expensive. It takes endless phone calls and emails to get installs arranged. There are some good installers but hard to get and it takes endless influencing phone calls by Alvarez to get the good guys. read more

We ordered a replacement sink from Joey and when after picking it up and bringing home, during the subsequent installation it turned out to be broken. Because we could not determine where or when it was damaged, Snyder Diamond couldn't replace it free of charge. Joey stepped in and after conferring with his supervisor, arranged for us to get a replacement at a discount. It arrived at their shop last week and we were reluctant to bring it home ourselves, not sure if we could do so without breaking this one as well. Joey arranged for it to be delivered, fully intact, to our house free of charge. This is really good customer service. I had the greatest experience purchasing kitchen and laundry appliances from SD. Marion Ileto gave me recommendations on which products to look out for and their availability because at the time we just moved in to Murrieta and had no appliances. The Bosch refrigerator is not only beautiful but is so efficient in every way. We also love the Asko dishwasher that can accept tall items. The large capacity LG washer and dryer were all so very good as well. The delivery of the items were as scheduled working perfectly with my installers. I highly recommend dealing with Marion Ileto, his knowledge of appliances of every budget, technicality, and availability is spot on. We previously purchased a sink, kitchen hood and dishwasher from Snyder Diamond. Last month, we purchased a Zephyr wine fridge from Snyder specifically to support this local business. Unfortunately, we have had a terrible experience with Snyder customer service. The fridge was defective upon delivery. Snyder handed us off to Zephyr, who sent a technician three times to try and fix it. After the third visit, Zephyr declared the unit defective and said it needed to be replaced by Snyder. We have tried multiple times to resolve this by phone with Snyder but each time the person we speak with is evasive, telling us that no one with authority to resolve our issue is available and promising a manager will call us back. But no one ever calls us back. We have spent hours of time coordinating service calls and taken 3 days off work. A non-working fridge has been sitting in our house for over a month. I don't understand why Snyder can't do such a simple thing as call us back. We are so disappointed with how we have been treated by this company. read more

Not only did they never call me regarding when and where my refrigerator was during the shipping process. The salesman that dealt with my purchase completely "forgot" to respond to my emails / send me follow-ups after I had called him to finally get an answer. He said that it would be at most a 2 week process after paying for the refrigerator.... it took over a month to get it delivered to my house. After all of this, the salesman forgot to tell me that I had to buy the handles to my refrigerator separately. After I told him that there's no way I'm paying another $320 for handles, PLUS $175 for shipping and installing, he said that "there's nothing he can do"... Ended up calling the manager about it and dealing with it through him. But seriously DO NOT use this company, find another one. They made something as simple as buying a refrigerator the most annoying and stressful thing ever. read more

Otto Solares is probably one of the worst sales people/customer service reps I've met. He is completely inept and does not seem to know up from down. My husband placed an order with him on 10/23, and we were told it takes 5-7 days to arrive in store - no problem. It's been over a month and getting a hold of Otto has been a nightmare (oh- and no one else can help you apparently, only the rep you placed the order with). He is never available, never returns calls, and getting answers via email feels like I'm prying every barely formulated thought from his inadequate brain, one thought at a time. I'm extremely frustrated and upset that something so simple has become so complicated. read more

We started planning a remodel during Covid, at which point every possible appliance was delayed by supply chain issues. So we started sourcing them well in advance of when we ended up actually needing them. Early on we met Christian Alvarez and now he's been dealing with us for a fourth year. And he could not have been more patient, more helpful, and even after these were finally installed he's been fantastic with helping to get us service for things that have had small hiccups: immediate, pleasant attention. Which has been the opposite of almost every other part of our remodel. Of particular note, we made (what we thought was) a well-intentioned error by splitting our order between two companies, as we'd spent time pestering two sales reps and felt honor-bound to give them both some of the benefit. Well, the other company suddenly stopped taking our calls and then filed bankruptcy and we lost both our deposit and the access to the appliances that we'd worked stupidly hard to secure pricing on. I emailed Christian in a panic, and like magic he was able to get us pretty close to the original pricing on newer models that we had delivered without any delay to the project. He also got us in touch with the SubZero rep (and major shout out to SubZero too on this) who also extended some of the best customer service I've ever received in also contributing to remedying some of the problem of our lost deposit with the other company. I could get a little weepy talking about it because it is just so uncommon, and truly can't say enough about the gold standard of service we've received at Snyder Diamond, and particularly from Christian. We've also worked with other sales people in other departments, who are also lovely and helpful (Celia Duenas, also in particular), so I'd recommend them to anyone and everyone. And I'd write a short novel on Yelp about it as well. read more
