Robin, (a delight) had me get into one (sans water) and stretch out and I fell in love immediately. We had a fun experience while shopping and decided on a jacuzzi. Perhaps the best part, you can try out the spas to find the one you like. We ended up going with a Sundance Aspen and are so happy with it. Perhaps the best part was working with the owner, Robin, who is a very knowledgeable and kind woman. She was very patient with us, even with our seven year old daughter running around and jumping in and out of the tubs. We ended up getting a great deal on the spa and Robin even threw in some extras when the spa was installed, which was so kind. They have an awesome installation team lead by Greg, who is also really easy to work with and knowledgeable. We had a problem with the initial install, when they pulled out our old tub. The wood deck below was rotten and the new tub could not be installed where we planned. Greg stayed cool and helped us figure out a solution that required pouring a new slab for the tub. They came back right away after the slab was done and set up the tub. Overall I think this is a great place to purchase a spa, especially if you are on the West side. We got a great deal on a top of the line spa, with 1st class service from this business.

We got quotes from several pool remodeling companies and Smart Swim came in right in the middle. We are strong believers on "you get what you pay for," and opted to go with them even though they were not the cheapest. From beginning to end, the guys at Smart Swim were easy to work with and truly wanted our project to come out great. After 30 years, it was time for our pool to have a remodel! Through the remodel, it was uncovered that we had many severe leaks, down to the rebar that needed to be fixed in some areas. Sam was great at making sure we understood the severity and that we were okay with any new costs that needed to be added. Not only did they do our pool, but also installed turf by the pool area and put pavers all around the pool and yard area. We also got the new gray gate installed from them as well, to replace the wooden fence in the yard (between the pool). **Noting that the perimeter wall/wooden top was painted black and sanded/stained by a different company. We truly appreciate their hard work and even when we had an immediate death in the family during their time working on our project, they were very respectful and gave us some space as needed. BIG THANK YOU to Shai that really has the ultimate patience and knows how to give amazing customer service!! You all are lucky to have him on your team!

I didn't expect this recent service call to be covered under the warranty since we discovered it was partly my fault. I explained that our Grandchildren where visiting this week from Chicago and Greg had the repairman out the next day to repair the spa. I was amazed at their continued support nearing the final warranty date. We live in Valencia and they still continue to service us from Santa Monica. We've had the best experience buying and servicing from Pacific Spas. They are the best.

The Customer Service staff were responsive to my concerns and worries promptly letting me know when the spa arrived. I must say that the team that they sent to remove my old spa and deliver the new one was outstanding in every way. The lead was Sean who was amazing in the way he managed his crew in the not-so-easy removal of the old spa. He communicated well with his team - always respectful and with a keen eye to safety not only for his crew but to the deck and my home. AB, Jerry, and Everado were quiet, focused, and strong, No bitching and no "bad words" by anyone ( I was tempted to cuss just watching them) - very professional. Jerry gave me a brief tutorial about my spa which was helpful and clear - maybe he should think about another career. This is my first YELP review primarily because I feel so positive about my experience and the fine work of these professionals, especially the men who delivered the spa, that I wanted to share.

My husband loved it. The massages are a little rough, so I asked for them to be a little softer. But, I'm kinda a baby with massages, like I don't book deep tissue type of massages. The masseuse went on top of my back on all fours lol. I started laughing when she did that, she started to giggle too. I told my husband she was so petite I didn't mind it. The spa areas were very clean and aesthetically pleasing. I didn't bring a bathing suit, so I couldn't use the co-ed area which looked so peaceful and relaxing. The spa offered shorts for men, so my husband utilized the co-ed hot tubs. He said he was the only person in the co-ed area and men's side. In the women's area, where they had the hit tubs, women are nude. So, it's a little stressful at first because I never been to a spa where people are nude. But, I eventually got comfortable and enjoyed the hot tubs. The women's are that had the clay room, salt room, and sauna required robes. That area was so relaxing. The clay area was my favorite.

I really appreciate it, and am revising my review accordingly--I will keep using this company and hope it all goes smoother in the future! Original review: They really don't care about client experience or quality of work anymore I was a customer of this company for a number of years and used to have a great experience with both Rick (for cleaning) and Javier (for repairs). Then, the company started cutting costs and hired a young guy with no experience to take over the cleaning. Suddenly, my service became haphazard--with pieces of my spa broken during service with no notice. When I would call later, they would deny that the new cleaner had broken the piece. Anyway, I had to finally quit their cleaning service when I came home after a cleaning to find dirt strewn all over my yard and concrete tiles stained through negligence. Enough. But I stayed with the repair service, because Javier was great, knew my spa and was always reliable. A couple months ago, I needed a repair and requested Javier specifically. They said he was in demand and it would take longer to book an appointment with him. Fine, I would wait happily. Finally, the day of the appointment, a new young guy showed up, shocking me since I'd been waiting for the person who knew my spa and who I trusted. But, to be open-minded, I let the young guy work on my spa. Mistake on my part, and I now regret it. He diagnosed it, got the part and came back to install it. So far so good. But after he left (without refilling or testing the spa) I realized my spa now was leaking. Turns out when he was installing the new part, he broke our custom drain system and didn't mention it. Just like the other young man. It's shocking really - to have a company culture where service folks think it's okay to simply not mention to you when they break a piece of your equipment. I called them back to diagnose, which they did, and said they'd call back with a "plan". But I didn't hear back from them. When I finally reached out to see what the plan was, they said they had pieces "on order" and they'd call back in 2-3 weeks. The pieces were pvc pipes and valves that can be purchased at any hardware store. No need to "bulk order" as I was told erroneously. I said forget it - we'd fix it ourselves, but could they at least discount the original repair to make it fair to me. They refused, and immediately charged my card the full amount. So, here I am, doing the only thing that a client can do in these days of declining accountability and lack of quality service: giving you a full report of what you can expect when interacting with this company. I hope you can learn from my experiences.
