Prices increase frequently (sometimes every 3-4 months), and what is promised verbally is later changed or denied. Once you're in, the rules shift and the customer has no real support. Billing is a major concern: auto-pay charges can be inconsistent, additional fees (including insurance) may appear even if you already have coverage, and refunds are extremely difficult to obtain. I have also seen multiple reports from other customers about belongings being auctioned after short delays in payment, even after years of renting. Do not rely on verbal agreements. Document everything. Consider other options.
