They came to our house twice and did an…read moreok job cleaning, nothing particularly good or bad compared to other cleaning services we've used. My fiance and I are on the "goth" side and very nerdy and decorate our house with lots of little rocks and things we buy at oddity expos and books and decorations from all different religions and mythologies. We're not religious ourselves, but we have a sort of witchy "every day is Halloween" aesthetic. The first time they came out they dropped and broke a geode slice that was on a shelf. We didn't find out until later when we got a text from the office manager about it. It would have been nice if they had let us know while they were here. We had told them up front to not bother with dusting all of the little trinkets and items we have on shelves because there's a lot and some of them are fragile. They offered to discount our bill the amount the geode cost, but then they apparently forgot and didn't do that. The second time they sent out a completely different cleaning crew so we had to show them around the house all over again and explain where everything was. They cleaned and left, again did an ok job, nothing particularly good or bad. Then we got an email saying that they wouldn't be back to clean for us. The reason they gave was that their cleaners are all Catholic or Christian and felt uncomfortable in our home. I wish their website said up front that they discriminate and we would have chosen a different business in the first place.

We hired her to help with our AirBnB turn over: we needed someone to clean the house, wash the sheets and towels, get the rooms ready for guests, and generally make the house shine. We tried other cleaning services, but they would leave things undone. Joselyn not only keeps every surface dusted and shiny, but she sets out flowers fresh from the garden on the coffee table! When she cleans the house for us personally, and not for guests, she puts out our own towels and makes sure that our personal effects are in order. (Once, she stayed all day to make sure all the laundry was finished.) Not only that, but she is super prompt and very responsive. I can text her at any moment. She even wished me a happy Mother's Day this year, with a sweet little e-card. It's not very often that you find an organized, responsive, thorough, friendly, and generous with her time and energy. I couldn't ask for better help. I hope Joselyn continues to build her thriving FRC cleaning service in Raleigh, helping many other AirBnB hosts with their house cleaning. She deserves all the success in the world!

Since my schedule is not consistent, having a cleaning company that is amenable to this schedule is such a relief! I've never used a cleaning service before taking the advice of other friends and hiring FRC. They really do a great job, and communicate with me via text if there are any problems or concerns while they are cleaning. I trust them in my space completely. I pay them via PayPal, which makes it so simple, and they give me invoices so I can have records. Prices are super reasonable and they will come take a look and give you a free estimate. Highly recommended!

Too bad they never showed up, never called and had no record of the appointment we made a week in advance. We sat around two days in a row waiting for a crew that never showed. Not sure what the problem was but ditching a client like a bad date is very unprofessional. Update: after not showing twice, they finally sent a crew...FROM CHARLOTTE. They took almost 3 hours to get here and did an okay job.

The girls were easy to communicate with and had pleasant demeanors...I didn't feel uneasy leaving my home while they worked....I usually don't do that. There was no "deodorizer or chemical or bleach smell" left behind. Just a well cleaned home. Also they were able to accommodate my tight time schedule. Well, like my previous experience with her, she forgot she agreed to my appointment and called me a day or two before. I was incredibly frustrated by not only that but she then proceeded to get angry with me because I didn't agree to pay on a regular schedule. The reason I didn't want to do that was because I was never confident she would show up when she said she would. Long story short Sheila told me she never wanted to work with me again. I hired Sweep Away and not only do they show up on time, I can pay them with Venmo after the appointment. The process has been so much smoother and I don't get stressed every time they show up.
