We needed the house thoroughly "Wiped" down so that the painter can now come in and do his job without sealing saw dust permanently on our walls etc.! Chris came to the house and did a walk through. He gave me enough confidence to leave him with a key and allow him and his crew to go into my empty home with BRAND NEW wood flooring. He assured me they would take the utmost care to not scratch or ding anything. I totally believe him :) This is a small business which I totally respect and want to encourage the "American Dream". Earl was very helpful in finding a time that would work for us, and offered us a good price ($150 for all three). Ron, the technician who came over, did a very good job, especially on the rug that had had the most foot traffic and also tended to hang on to dog hair, and thus needed some extra cleaning. All told I think he was there for an hour and fifteen minutes or so. The rugs all looked nice and clean afterwards! I definitely felt I'd gotten a little more than I expected. I recommend them.
