    Cloud Mist Green Tea ($5.25)

Highlight: Cloud Mist Green Tea ($5.25) Only had one size and usually my go-to drink here but had a funky hint of citrus this time. Cheese foam is good. Hospitality: Ordered at the kiosk and drink came out about 10 minutes after ordering. Looks like they had some to-go orders to fill as well. Honorable Mention: Sells other baked goods and cakes. Small shop, not a lot of seating.

I ordered the black sugar milk tea and I absolutely loved it. Was so yummy and probably the best I've had in the cincy area. I will definitely be back for this. I will say it's on the sweeter side so if that's not what you like maybe ask if they can adjust that sweetness level. The service was okay, I had some questions but they weren't really answered so I just went with the most popular option on the menu. They also have baked goods to choose from. I definitely would recommend checking this place out!

Cute and cozy bubble tea and bakery with beautiful cakes and tasty baked goods. The inside is small, but has enough seating for a hangout with friends or a good study session. Plus, the service is wonderful.

I recently went to Tsaocha for a business meeting. While the seating is very limited, I still highly recommend a chat over one of their delicious bubble teas. I ordered a purple potato milk tea with boba and milk foam and was SO impressed. The sweetness level was perfect, the potato held it's form, but was still drinkable, and the size was great for the price. The boba was also soft and chewy-- like it should be. I can't wait to go back to try more flavors. They also have a pretty impressive selection of pastries. I didn't try one of them, but hear they are great. The service was fast and friendly. There is ample parking, as Tsaocha is located in a plaza. If you're a bubble tea fan and are looking for the real deal, check out Tsaocha.

The service was good and fast. Although this was my first time coming here and it did not meet my expectations. I got 3 items. Matcha milk tea, Matcha cake, and Crème puffs. It all looked very delicious but all 3 items did not taste good at all. I couldn't even finish it, I had to throw it away. There also wasn't very many places to sit as the space is so small. Waste of my time and my $20.

This is the former Bread House. I'm not sure if it is under new ownership or simply rebranded, but the inside looked very similar to before. Gone are the gigantic plastic dividers that harken back to the height of the COVID pandemic. The inside appears to be a lot tidier than before, so that is welcomed. As well, the new name comes with a new focus. Tsaocha in Chinese literally means "morning tea." So they now view themselves as a bubble tea place first, bakery second. However, as far as we can tell, nothing has really changed because they serve up the same awesome baked goods as before. So the rebranding is really about their signaling to customers with regard to what to order? I imagine that bubble tea has higher margins. In any case, their bubble tea is legit. Their baked goods are great as before. They even still use "Bread House" branded packaging for their products. So come here and trust that you'll enjoy the same great food and drinks as before.

I love the buns here and egg tarts! The boba is also really good. Not much seating options and it's pretty small inside, but the service is really quick for grab and go.

This week's weather was pretty nice and hinted at Spring. This strawberry milk green tea with popping boba from Tsaocha was a perfect drink for a warm day! It was not too sweet and really refreshing! I can't wait to go back to try their other drinks and cakes!!

The card machine went down. Didn't say anything about it until we stood there for about 10 mins.

All of their flavors are very moist! We ended up using them for our wedding and with COVID and having to reschedule to another date they were very flexible. They did a great job with working with our budget and giving many recommendations so that we could have the cake we wanted. I showed them a picture of what I wanted it to look like and they were great south saying without color swatches they couldn't promise the exactly color, I wasn't picky with color so I didn't sent that end but it ended up looking just like the photo (but I bet it tasted better ) We had so many compliments at our wedding and a few of our friends used them for their kids first birthday cakes after trying them! My husband and I both highly recommend getting your cake for any occasion at Spoon Fulla Sugar!

My aunt had ordered me a cake from A Spoon Fulla Sugar for my wedding reception. We were very…read moreexcited for this cake, it was 3 tiers. The cake was delivered at 1:30 pm the day of. We were beginning to cut the cake at 7 pm ( plenty of time to thaw we thought). As we cut it, the icing was very thick. The icing was like a brick and was just falling off the cake. As we cut the actual cake itself, it began to crumble. Every single piece of our cake fell apart while cutting. We used 3 different knives to cut it and had 2 different people attempting to cut it. We tried bigger and thin slices. Each piece just crumbled. The actual cake itself did taste good, but the icing was so thick. It was more icing than actual cake. We were very disappointed. My aunt went back to the store to get the issue resolved. It was her wedding gift to us and she wanted us to have a very good cake. She talked to the owner of the store and presented him with a video of the cake cutting. His immediate response was to blame the knife we used. He then asked if a caterer cut it. We did use 3 different knives ( two of which were designed to cut and serve cakes ). For cakes at this price point, if it needed such specific instructions for cutting, it should be known to the customer beforehand ! He did offer a refund but my aunt preferred the cake remade as this was a present and she wanted it done well for us. When we got the cake remade, it was beautiful. They made it better the second time than the first. They also included specific cutting instructions with the remade cake. This would have been useful to have the first time. When they dropped it off the first time no instructions were included and the people who dropped it off said nothing. They said multiple times they assumed we would be having a caterer which is why they didn't bother to say anything and then proceed to blame us later when the whole cake fell apart. Every single person at this cake shop had an attitude about the situation and could not be bothered to apologize or seem remorseful for the situation. This was my wedding cake, my guest and I were all extremely disappointed. I would not return again or ever recommend this shop to anyone else.
