I was sold on the Baklava Latte and requested it with almond milk. The girl that took my order was friendly as was the other gal behind the counter. To make things worse, they mixed up the reservation time. They told us it was at 3:00 PM, but our confirmation texts clearly stated 2:00 PM. When we arrived at 2:00, the front-of-house staff was rude and told the waiter--right in front of us--that we had arrived too early, even after we showed proof of the confirmed time. That interaction really set the tone. We spend a lot of time in Beverly Hills and are used to high-end service, but this experience felt unnecessarily difficult and unwelcoming.
