I started a repair project around a very odd issue I had with my tankless hot water heater and reached out to several companies for quotes. Trusted Water Systems was the only company where the actual person who would be working on the water heater (Jacob) responded, and he led with what he thought the issue could be which I really appreciated. Originally he thought it may not be related to the hot water heater and therefore not something his services covered, so he went out of his way to respond and throw out some ideas even thinking we weren't potential customers. After some more chit chat, we decided to have him out to take a look, and he was able to figure out the problem quickly despite being an unusual issue related to an improper installation (Trusted Water Systems were not the original installers). The repair required some extra parts, but he was able to provide a quick short-term fix and was able to get the parts and get back out within days for the permanent fix.
