Upon arrival he investigated the source of the leak and determined it was the main line coming int the house. He quickly developed a plan started the quote and communicated all the details to me. I agreed and work got started the same day and water was back on for my tenant the SAME DAY!! Clearly this team doesn't make excuses, they just get the job done!! As I pull out, 4 inches of the plastic snake broke and dislodged into the drain pipe. I was unable to see it after removing the drain stopper. But water was draining... But then after showering twice, noticed drain starting to slow again. When Tony/Fabian came, they said they will try to get it out from the overflow. If that didn't work, they will need to go to my clean out from the cap on the ground of garage...and had to use a camera to go into the pipe to search for the plastic. Anyway, hallelujah that they got it out from the bathtub and only cost me $69‼

Like in our case where it was backing up in our showers, tubs and toilets. Well nothing says "Sleep well" like a plumbing emergency at 10pm on a Sunday. We did our "We can fix it with a little YouTube" try only to realize we couldn't find our clean out that didn't exist. In a "what about our morning poo?!" frenzy, we called one of those well-known corporate places and they had someone out at 9am the next day. Now we got great customer service, but we also got a ridiculous price tag for what turned out to be a need for a complete new pipe system (thank you 1950s cast iron). The other place was outrageous enough in pricing that we were willing to swallow a few Imodium or just get out the kitty litter to get some other quotes. Enter our longtime landscaper to the rescue! He told us about these guys and they were on it for almost 1/2 the price, fantastic customer service, knowledgeable and friendly employees and hardworking! We couldn't be happier with everything they've done and the way they treated us (two women where one used to be a building inspector ) with respect. They truly went above and beyond and we already recommend them to a neighbor with the job literally just finishing today. In the process, Adam and team broke the stairs immediately, and reassembled them with screws sticking out and chunks broken remains used to "level" the remaining stairs (photos of all work attached.) While on site, Adam asked for "200-300$" outside of the scope of the signed contract for the same work that would have been done with or without the additional request. Through the phone exchanges and emails regarding these issues Adam was arrogant and dismissive, yet also took blame for the stairs and will not resolve the issue. Adam's team poured our concrete before a heavy rain, but failed to redirect a gutter (as it had originally been before construction) from pouring directly onto the concrete causing a water stain from the pooling water on the fresh concrete. Again, when confronted with this issue and asking for a resolution Adam denied blame and said "wait a year". As of 6/11/26 there has been no reply nor efforts made on behalf of this company to repair any personal property damage nor resurface the concrete stain/ finish the job as fully paid for.
