We've used Quick Water Heater & Filtration Company twice now and have been very happy both times…read more Our first install was back in 2019 with Gregg and Jacob, and everything went smoothly. This time around, our Rheem water heater failed before reaching even 7 years, despite having a 12‑year warranty. Even though Quick is closed on weekends, Brandon texted me and set us up first thing Monday morning. Ben (sales) was extremely helpful, walked me through all the options, and made a genuine effort to get Rheem to honor the warranty. Unfortunately, Rheem couldn't provide a replacement and instead offered fair market compensation (still TBD). Not thrilled with Rheem, but Ben handled the situation professionally and kept me informed throughout. We ultimately went with a Bradford White, and Sammy installed it the same day. His work was excellent--professional, efficient, and spotless cleanup. The Bradford White + installation was very reasonable and very surprisingly comparable to my prior installation. Very impressed with Quick's responsiveness, professionalism, and ability to turn everything around in a single day. Highly recommend them.

In the past Jacob, Erik, and others on the team were always professional, prompt, down to earth-- and all experts. They installed our 3 water heaters from them and a whole house filtration system. We have recommended them to our neighbors as well. Had the most uncomfortable conversation with owner Brandon who we've never interacted with in the past. Shockingly rude. I even said, "sounds like I caught you at a bad time" - yikes. A top contender for most negative and weird vibes from a sales/client interaction. This call happened after a slightly frustrating visit with Ben who admitted he only has 1 year of experience and was trying to keep up as best as he could. He was actively trying to learn on the spot. He was honest which I commend. Ben left saying he needs an actual technician present along with the owner's help to develop a more solid option and plan to move forward. Not a problem at all. It must be frustrating being an expert in your field having to speak about the same products and concepts with home owners who are relearning different/new systems on the fly. But if customer service is not your forte, stick to delegating and take hospitality courses so your loyal customers don't feel like they have to be apologetic for having questions on a $11k quote. Sadly, a "could have been better" 2/5 star experience, wish we could stick with them. Pro tip, maybe ask to exclusively interface with the seasoned members of their crew with 5+ years of experience so you avoid any negativity and can actually get the work you need done.

I got in touch with Jaye at All Cities Water Treatment and he helped walk me through everything I needed to know about my water and how to treat it. He candidly answered some of the questions I had along with explaining the different options they offer but never tried to sell me on anything I didn't need. Jaye let me know that once I have a system it's very easy to add things on if I want. Jaye came out to my home for a consultation and to look at the plumbing. He drafted up a plan for the drainage of our new system and we got on the schedule for install the following week. The estimate was extremely fair compared to some others I had received. Eddie arrived promptly and did an amazing job with the install, replacing a failing valve, tucking and hiding piping for the drain. He was super knowledgeable on the system and walked me through the basics of what I needed to do. We are already starting to feel and see that the water is softer and cleaner. I will be recommending All Cities Water Treatment to anyone who is curious about water treatment!

We had All Cities Water replace a Puragain water filter system that we had installed in 2022. The…read moreoriginal system did not address the hard water issue that we have been having and it continually clogged up, requiring routine (expensive) maintenance to replace the filters. All Cities did an excellent job of explaining the options and going through how a salt-based hybrid softener system would provide the water quality we were hoping to achieve. I asked a ton of questions, all of which were quickly and thoroughly answered. There was no attempt to upsell us or talk us into anything. It was a very low-pressure engagement that made everything much simpler. We ended up going with a hybrid salt system that uses carbon and sodium chloride to condition the water (it can also use potassium chloride but the cost of that is prohibitive at this time). The installation went very smoothly. We were told it would take about 4 hours to remove the old system, install the new one and run a drain line across the garage to the sink. That is almost exactly what it took and the installer was very professional and easy-going. We are very pleased with the system thus far and I would highly recommend All Cities Water Treatment as a great option for anyone interested.

Don't fill out their paper application asking for your ss# either, the sales rep was trying to show us videos and stated his car was broken into, so his laptop wasn't working. That should've been the first red flag. 2nd red flag is when I asked him questions my coworker told me to ask and he got defensive and said "maybe this isn't for you then"! Like sir, you trying to win my business but you threw it back on me like my questions weren't worthy of your time. Not sure why I didn't look at yelp reviews, but man they know how to mind FK you. Anyhoo, this company has sooo many lawsuits against them that they made other LLCs. So be careful! Even the 3rd party plumbing company that they hired to do the installation told us their customer service is NON existent! It's true, still waiting to hear back from the manager and it's been 5 days! Thank you to that plumbing company who told us - "nah, let me show you how much it really cost to replace and how long it takes to get through to customer service". May your pockets always be full. Thank god we didn't move forward with the installation. After going on yelp, Apollo is 2/3 times higher, maybe that free soap for 7 years really isn't free! I am very happy to have had it installed because we have a well and we have had problems with the calcium on our sink and appliances. It has improved since our filtration system was installed. After our purchase we were contacted by some very nice people, checking to see that we were happy with our purchase and that everything was working ok. They assured me that if I needed help or any assistance they would happy to help. They are easy to contact and I enjoy speaking to a real person and not an AI. I am certain that I made a good choice. The system has greatly improved our water quality. The water tastes good and the calcium problem has gone away.

They immediately replaced the defective tank. We did not mind having the exposed pipes in the garage but the exposed pipes and drain on the entrance to our front door were an eyesore. We called and told the company we could not except this and we requested their plumber George to change the plumbing. Joe, our salesman said he would send George out the following Monday to change the pipes. George, the plumber came on Monday and changed the pipes by running the copper lines that were on the outside across from our front door to the inside of a cabinet in the garage. He then dropped the white drain line below the decorative small rocks across the entrance from our front door. This job took a little time and George was patient, professional, and meticulous. We not only loved the new look but George was like a teacher, he explained everything he was doing, making sure we were agreeable to the changes. You could tell that George had the wisdom to do the job and he definitely knew customer service quality. We are now enjoying the convenience of not having to carry cases of bottled water from Costco home. Our house plants are thriving. We like the clean feeling on our skin after a shower. One other thing that we appreciate is every faucet in the house delivers great drinking water.

She walked me through their (very intuitive) website and explained the process for me. After agreeing to have a technician visit my home to assess the situation and provide a more accurate estimate, I waited for the next day. My appt was set for 1400 hrs but Erick contacted me asking if I could accommodate his visit earlier, which I welcomed with gusto. By 10AM he was taking a look at my dead appliance. Erick took a look and the mystery of the broken 1-yr-old water heater was resolved. My pressure modulator was dead, so the 150PSI streaming through my house killed the water heater. Erick replaced my water heater, the water pressure modulator and also replaced my main line shut-off valve, which was done as well. Through the process, Erick patiently explained not only WHAT he was doing, but WHY he was doing it. His technical knowledge was impressive and it was only matched by his affable demeanor. I explained to him the problem of knocking in my pipes and he said it could be a number of things, said he could come out later in the week. Then he began telling me what the problem could be and asked that I check something under the sink. I did, he told me what to do and bam, the months-old problem was gone. He saved me the grief of hearing this massive knocking every time we turned on the hot water, and saved me hundreds of dollars. To be clear, he didn't need to do that. He could've have hung up the phone, come out on Thursday, turned the valve several times, and handed me an invoice for a couple hundred dollars. But he didn't, he did the kind, neighborly, and professional thing of taking care of the problem on the spot even thought it meant no revenue for him. Good business is a long-game. Do the right thing and the customers, and money, follow. Eric clearly gets that. In this day and age, that's priceless. After pushing back they proposed a second option for nearly $500 - this is to spend 30 minutes replacing the valve and flapper with a parts cost of $25 max from Home Depot. The work ended up being completed by a handyman for much less. Needless to say Exodus is never welcome on one of my properties again. The attempt to gouge by including extra scope is plain dishonesty and borderline fraud. I would exercise caution.

Erik responded in less than 5 minutes and set up an appointment/completion, all in less than 24 hours. He provided a very detailed qoute and job procedure to be performed. Job was completed and even installed an expansion tank with no added cost to the quote. He replaced all parts associated with the water heater. He also provided advice and ball park quote with regards to the anode rod to maintain a long lasting performance. It must be frustrating being an expert in your field having to speak about the same products and concepts with home owners who are relearning different/new systems on the fly. But if customer service is not your forte, stick to delegating and take hospitality courses so your loyal customers don't feel like they have to be apologetic for having questions on a $11k quote. Sadly, a "could have been better" 2/5 star experience, wish we could stick with them. Pro tip, maybe ask to exclusively interface with the seasoned members of their crew with 5+ years of experience so you avoid any negativity and can actually get the work you need done.
