We had an excellent experience with Water Purification Systems (WPS) from start to finish. Daniel was incredibly professional, friendly, and responsive. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and they were always clear and helpful whenever we had questions. The pricing was very reasonable compared with the other quotes we received, and the quality of the installation exceeded our expectations. The team did a clean, professional job installing our whole-house water softener and filtration system, and they took the time to make sure everything was properly set up and working before they left. It's clear that WPS takes pride in their work and genuinely cares about providing a good customer experience. We're very happy with the system and the entire process, and we would absolutely recommend WPS to anyone looking for a water softener or filtration system. Great company and great service! read more

Contacted several companies for a whole house water treatment system and a Reverse Osmosis System for under the sink. Constatine responded very quickly and came to the house to give a quote. He was extremely nice and explained our options without trying to up sale. Pricing was fair and competitive with the other companies we had contacted. We decided to go with Water Purifaciions Systems due to their quick response, great communication, past reviews, workmanship, and their competitive pricing. On the day of install, Constantine and his team arrived when they said they would. Their work was efficient, clean, and custom. We did encounter one issue, but they rolled with it and resolved the issue with no problems. They cleaned up after themselves and went over the system in detail with us. They were patient and answered all our questions. I would definitely recommend Water Purification Systems for your water treatment needs here in San Diego County. Thank You Constantine and to your team. read more

Title: Still outstanding after all these years -- WPS delivers every time I left a glowing review for Water Purification Systems over six years ago, and I'm happy to say they're still just as excellent today. Recently, I woke up in the middle of the night to find no water running in my house -- a total shock. (To be clear, this was not WPS's fault.) First thing in the morning, I called them in a panic. They answered promptly, walked me through how to get the water back on, and came out the very next day for maintenance. This review is for their continued care and stellar service over the years. I've had the pleasure of working with Eugene at WPS, and he is consistently professional, respectful, and incredibly competent. He explained that a power outage can disrupt the system's timing, and he patiently taught me how to adjust it so this doesn't happen again. Eugene is thorough, kind, and always delivers top-tier service. I just want to say again how much I recommend this company -- they truly go above and beyond. read more

We just had a water softener and filtration system installed, along with an RO unit, instant hot, and a fridge line. The whole experience was excellent from start to finish. David was great to work with on the initial quote. He was very easy to talk to and informative. Our installation required some extra work because of a non-standard setup, and David and Eugene handled it professionally over a day and a half. They took the time to walk me through everything afterwards so I understood the system and maintenance. I got quotes from multiple companies, and not only were they the most competitive, but I also preferred their approach. Some other companies offered single tank units that combine softening and filtration, but I liked that WPS installs them separately for maximum efficiency and longevity. Very happy with our setup and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for water treatment installation. read more

Just came out today! Did an amazing job and David was super professional and knowledgeable! I'm so happy with their product and customer service that I'd recommend them to anyone. Hands down the only guys you need for water purification. read more

These guys are great! Knowledgeable, friendly, fairly priced, and they don't nickel and dime! They installed my water softener and my reverse osmosis and found a leak in the process. I added the leak repair and running the ro to my fridge as well and it didn't change the bill much at all. It's also about time for my hot water to be replaced, I asked David his thoughts on tankless- he definitely gave an honest answer and could have made a lot more money on the installation of the tankless verses just replacing the current water heater. We will definitely be giving these guys a call for the water heater and anything plumbing related from here on out! read more

I have been using WPS for about 10 years. I have them service my reverse osmosis system annually. This last spring I used them for a plumbing issue when my pressure regulator needed to be replaced. Their service was as excellent for that as it is for the RO service. They have always been reliable, competent and a pleasure to work with. read more

WPS did an installation of Water Filtration System for the whole house in our home in Carlsbad. They also installed reverse osmosis filter in our office. Their price is reasonable and service is top notch. This company offers best San Diego residential and commercial water filtration solutions. Believe me I did a lot of research. read more

It's been 4 months since we got the water softener and reverse osmosis installed. Best decision ever through this company. Constantin was responsive through Yelp, paid a visit to explain the difference between their options, and answered any questions we had. I'm glad I didn't get a water conditioner because the benefits aren't the same compared to a water softener. I wanted my installation to be "clean" with minimal wires/pipes and they did a great job. The water line to my fridge ran from under the kitchen sink they connected the RO system to a small faucet that was installed on my kitchen countertop and the fridge. No more calcium buildup on the faucets! read more

I am writing this review one year after having them install a water softener and RO system in my condo. Everything is still running smooth and working properly. Two things I would like to point out for why I chose WPS. Their quote was competitive and they were super responsive. They also installed a Moen Flo that I provided and routed the RO water to my refrigerator for no up charge. The cherry on top was their water leak detector alerted us when our garbage disposal started leaking next to the RO system. I highly recommend them. read more

Great service and great products! Life changer! Definitely 5 stars. I just moved to San Diego and the water here is unbearable without treatment. We were living on bottle water before I finally installed the system from WPS. I did my research all over the internet and called my top candidate water treatment companies, the I chose WPS for the quality, customer service and of course price. The team scheduled my free consultation quickly and followed by installation. I just want to say that I like drinking the water from my Kitchen (6 stage RO system) more than bottled ones. Now I don't feel itch after shower with the softened water either. Absolutely worth the money! read more

We've worked with Constantin (David) a few times now and he's great! We got a full house water filtration and softener, reverse osmosis system, changed out old angled stops, and also just text/call him whenever we have any plumbing questions and concerns. He's very reachable, offers good prices, and is very willing to help answer any questions we have. We certainly trust Constantin which I would not say about other plumbers that have been in our house. Would highly recommend! read more

Today I had David from Water purification Systems install an R/O system. He showed up on time, explained everything he was doing and removed our 25 y/o R/O system replacing it with a state of the art new system. He did a great job, was careful, and cleaned up after his installation. I was very happy overall and the price was very competitive or lower than other bids. I would definitely recommend WPS for new installation or repairs. Steve read more

Great and quick installation of my under the sink RO system. Eugene was very knowledgeable, polite, and efficient. So glad I found them (a previous handyman gave me a quote and came to my house, but did not have the ability to drill a hole through my stainless steel sink for the faucet... Eugene had no issues!). read more

I had an outdoor water softener installed by these guys and I am very satisfied with the work. They are upfront and honest about what to expect and don't try to upsell you. I received several quotes and theirs was quite competitive and with quality products. But most of all, I am quite impressed with their responsiveness. They will respond to emails and phone calls very promptly and jump on an issue immediately. I had an issue with the system and within an hour, they were ringing my doorbell and immediately fixed the issue. Everything has been running smoothly ever since. read more

We recently moved to a new house and inherited an old water softener that didn't work anymore. I contacted WPS to get a quote. They got back to me immediately, responded very patiently to all my questions, and were very quick in setting up an in-home consultation. David laid out all our options and provided useful information on the differences between them. They came to install the whole house filtration system + drinking water system a couple of weeks after the initial consultation. It's been almost two weeks and we are very happy so far. The water quality has significantly improved and we notice a huge difference now when we run the dishwasher or the washing machine. After couple years I finally decided to get a water filtration system installed at my place. I looked up few companies online and contacted them to get some more information. I was pleasantly surprised by the Water Purification Systems representative. He kindly explained me the benefits of different drinking systems and suggested to go with a Reverse osmosis system. The price for the water drinking system was very reasonable and decided to proceed with an installation. Couple days later I have their technician right on time. He was very professional and did the whole installation in about 2 hours. After he kindly explained how the reverse osmosis worked and about the maintenance required. I have been enjoying the high quality water since. It does taste amazing. Thanks again Water Purification Systems!Keep up the great job! If you are looking for a reasonably-priced and very high-quality reverse osmosis system to rent or buy, Eugene at WPS is the man to speak with. I am renting a 3-gallon, under-the-sink R/O unit from him, primarily because it comes with free installation and free annual maintenance. Girls hate maintenance!!! My unit makes the best tasting water, and a lot of it, very quickly!! Constantine was my installation technician. He took his time, was meticulous about the installation, and gave me all the instructions I needed just in case (which has never happened to me once in many years of renting a system). Water Purification Systems is top-notch! They are fair, and they care! I can recommend Eugene and WPS HIGHLY to any family or company, big or small!! I am really happy! read more

As I try to have an active/healthy life style I realized at some point how much water I am going through every week. It was not only inconvenient to carry those water bottles but was not cost efficient. I start looking for alternative solutions online for in house water filtration systems. I had no idea of the existence of such a huge a variety of options, and I was not sure which one worked ( as they all they say online they work). I found Water Purification Systems online and decided to give them a try. The person on the phone was very friendly and knowledgeable. He walked me through all the different types of water filtration systems and explained the benefits of each of them. He recommended me a Reverse Osmosis System to be able to get high quality drinking water free of any impurities and chemicals. Also he suggested to add an alkaline filter to the system so I can get all the good minerals in the water. The price he quoted me including granite drilling and installation was way more reasonable than other Companies I contacted. So I decided to set up an appointment for installation and 2 days later right on time their technician was at my place. I waited 6 months to write this review just to make sure everything works fine. I can tell you now the water taste great. I use the water for drinking, making coffee and cooking and never run out. I am really happy with the decision I made. If you are still looking for a water drinking system just give this guys a call. They are truly awesome and they offer great quality service and products! I will definitely recommend Water Purification System to my friends and family! read more
