BUYER BEWARE! My landlord installed a system from Rayne, and the whole experience has been AWFUL. They were supposed to test our water -- they didn't. My water dispenser worked amazing when i previously filled it up outside of the home. Four weeks into our whole-house "filtered" water system, and my dispenser literally smells like feces (I am not exaggerating) and I know it's a result of this foul water. Is our water even healthy to drink if that's the result after only one month?! My landlord tried to return the system, just past the 30 day mark, but the company wants to upsell her instead and told her, essentially, "too bad" and that her purchase was final. The customer service is atrocious. I will be telling EVERYONE in our community about my experience with Rayne in the hopes of saving others from the same fate!!! My current, but soon to be "previous supplier, Culligan, failed to provide any service for over 4 months, failed to communicate with me by any available means, failed to return calls, and could not explain when or if they would ever provide service again to me. I called 3 other soft water service providers and settled upon Rayne Water. There were 2 reasons.....Corey Halub and Donnie Echols. Donnie (Area Supervisor) came to the house within 2 days to look at my current set up, discuss options and provide pricing and servicing info. 2 days later, Corey (Customer Service), telephoned and went over everything and more of what Donnie had provided. She made the experience seamless between sales and operations. She is knowledgeable, courteous and easy to work with. Kudos to Rayne Water management for hiring truly competent employees. Don from Rayne really helped me decide which water system was best for my family. And by that I mean, he spent an hour on the phone with telling me all the different options and then we talked about where to put it and he came to my house and we discussed the different options. He pushed me to put it outside and I was worried that it would look ugly, but we built an enclosure around it and I think it looks really good. Mostly I was getting this system when everyone else in my family thought it was kind of ridiculous or unnecessary and now everyone else in my family is so happy that I did it! My husband loves the way the water feels in the shower and loves how his coffee machine has since the water is plumbed in to it. This company has gone downhill. Thier system was either not installed properly or had existing bacteria which caused a foul smell. They did offer to comp me some service time but I wanted the problem fixed. They tried to resolve the problem but it persisted. Ultimately we paid for safe non tainted drinking water which was not provided and despite multiple complaints the company was hostile and slow to respond. I had to purchase bottled water many times which deferats the whole purpose. They said they would fix the issue then just took thier equipment and left and they did not provide a recent refund. read more

Sean came out and was very personable, knowledgeable, and friendly. Even thought it took some time to get the approvals, he was super patient and kept an open line of communication. My family has enjoyed Rayne Water filtration in our home for over 10 years, as well as we have installed a unit at our place of business. If you live in La Mesa, then you know how the tap water tastes about mid summer... our Rayne Water unit removes all the "pond water" taste as well as the strong chemical tastes we often get.
