We had a great experience with Trusted Water Systems! I worked with Jacob and really appreciated the personal service you get from a family-owned business. He was very easy to talk to, personable, and made me feel comfortable with the whole process right away. After speaking with him for just a few minutes, I felt confident enough that I ignored the other calls I had coming in from other companies. We discovered a leak from our water heater, and Jacob was incredibly quick to respond to my request. He was at our house and working within just a few hours. He started the job around 12:30 and was completely finished by 2:00! He recommended a quality-grade water heater and took care of everything needed for the installation, including hauling away the old one. His pricing was great, he offered a military discount, and he worked around my schedule and needs. The whole process was quick, easy, and stress-free. I really appreciate how responsive, professional, efficient, and personable Jacob was. I would definitely recommend Trusted Water Systems! read more

I had texted another company from Chula Vista I was originally going to go with. Excellent experience from first call through installation. Jacob was quick, knowledgeable and delivered as quoted with no surprises for my tankless hot water heater replacement. I highly recommend Trusted Water Systems. read more

I cannot recommend Jacob at Trusted Water Systems enough. We were in the middle of a renovation nightmare--getting quoted astronomical prices ($20k+) from the big plumbing companies or dangerous, 'cheap' advice from others. Jacob was a breath of fresh air. He installed a new Navien tankless water heater and relocated our laundry hookups (including a tricky drain repair he caught that others missed). His pricing was extremely competitive, but the real value was his patience. I am a very anxious homeowner with a million questions about gas lines, venting, and safety. Jacob never once made me feel annoying; he answered every single question, explained the 'why' behind his work, and reassured me at every step. If you are looking for honest, high-quality work without the high-pressure sales pitch, look no further than Trusted Water Systems. He turned a stressful project into a total win. read more

Very Responsive. Better prices than others. Provides free estimates. Does not upsell. Jacob is the man for your water heaters. Tankless water heaters are also available if you want to go that route, in which his price are also better than the others. I know because I contacted 7 other companies. Others company charge you just to "dispatch" a technician?!? Excellent customer service. I decided to go with the standard 50 gallon water heater, Bradford White. Answered all of our questions. Check out his website for other available water heaters he can provide. Service provided was great. White glove quality. Not surprised why the company is called Trusted Water Systems. I will definitely recommend Jacob to family and friends. Will be posting his company and the before and after picture on my social media. read more

I hired Jacob to replace a laundry box for me while I was off-site. He was immediately responsive, fairly priced, and didn't try to upsell me. The boxes with hammer arrestors were sold out locally, and instead of rushing with a standard box, he suggested waiting an extra day to get the right one as that is what he would personally install in his own home. He completed the install cleanly, thoroughly tested everything for leaks, and left the area perfectly prepped for my drywaller the next day. Highly recommend! read more

Trusted Water Systems is the company to install your water heater. They focus only on water heaters and water systems (soft water/filtration/RO), so that is a major plus. This is what they do. As such, they offered the most competitive pricing when I used Yelp and received 5 quotes. Jacob responded quickly, asked the right questions, and requested photos of the current setup to assess the space. He was also the only one to tell me where to look to see the age of my old leaking water heater. (16 years old!). I think he wanted to check just in case it was still under warranty. Joe was the installer, and Joe is awesome. He installed the 40 gallon Bradford White water heater, which seems to be the water heater of choice for San Diego installers. Joe was timely and is very engaging and personable. He is also very efficient; he cleaned up the area before and after and truly went above and beyond. I highly recommend them. read more

Jacob at Trusted Water Systems was great from start to finish. He helped us to get rid of an old water heater and relocate a new tankless water heater to our garage. The new tankless unit works great and has been in use for over 3 months now. Jacob called for my project right away and was very informative right off the bat. Our previous issues with the water heater went unresolved from the last "Rinnai Certified" water technician that showed so I was a little skittish about getting this looked at again. Jacob re-assured me he has decades of experience with tankless water heaters and, OF COURSE, he was spot on with his recommendations when he got here. What I anticipated to be an expensive repair became an education about my home and how water heaters work as well as a simple full service of the unit. Very happy with the service I received from Jacob and his company and have him already scheduled to come out annually for future maintenance. read more

Smooth install, great communication, and professional work I hired Trusted Water Systems to install a 40-gallon Bradford White water heater. They were very responsive, gave me a fair quote, and completed the installation exactly as described. Everything looks clean and code-compliant -- expansion tank, seismic strapping, gas line, drip leg, and insulation all done properly. I pulled the permit myself and the inspection is scheduled -- but based on what I see, I'm confident it'll pass. They also assured me they'd return to fix anything if needed, which gave me extra peace of mind. So far, great experience -- would definitely recommend! Update: today I passed the inspection with no issues. Thanks Jacob! read more

If you've ever had a water heater go bad then you understand the stress. Unfortunately for me, we have a 50 gallon water heater with a power blower. Taking cold showers in the fall weather isn't the most desirable. I found a plumber and seemed all great until he wanted money up front and explained he was broke at the time. Red flag warning!! lol ‍ I did my searching and I found Jacob, professional, on time, and very knowledgeable in his trade!! Jacob set a time and date and our freeze showers were finally over!
