The tech left and told me that the fixtures were not functioning and would need to be diagnosed with another visit. I was given a quote for 1100 dollars to fix the issue. I called Premo and Sergio sent over 2 techs within the hour. They were able to resolve the issue in half an hour. They were polite and professional. It was a simple fix and it cost me $350 vs 1100. A different company incorrectly installed my fan and it started to drop from my ceiling and cracked the dry wall around it. Premo was amazing, came out and reinstalled the fan properly and explained what went wrong from the previous install. They also did an amazing patch job. There was no way to really know though unless he came out to look. Javier came and fixed it! He is a standup trustworthy professional guy who deserves all his 5 stars reviews! He fixed the issue for about a third of the price the first guy was charging. Our family is grateful and we definitely recommend Cano AC to anyone having problems with their air conditioning. Recently, I woke up in the middle of the night to find no water running in my house -- a total shock. (To be clear, this was not WPS's fault.) First thing in the morning, I called them in a panic. They answered promptly, walked me through how to get the water back on, and came out the very next day for maintenance. This review is for their continued care and stellar service over the years. I've had the pleasure of working with Eugene at WPS, and he is consistently professional, respectful, and incredibly competent. I was given an excellent variety of bricks/blocks to choose for the wall, and the one I chose was competently installed. I was pleased to note the block I chose would be sourced from RCP in Chula Vista, where I have been a regular customer. The two workers agreed to relocate the existing pavers for my reuse as part of the original job. I really appreciated that. Although I was in no hurry, the job was completed quite expeditiously with the exception of the iron gate, the installation of which was subcontracted (and reviewed separately). The final results please me immensely. A&F solved a major problem, and I recommend the company to all.

In the process, Adam and team broke the stairs immediately, and reassembled them with screws sticking out and chunks broken remains used to "level" the remaining stairs (photos of all work attached.) While on site, Adam asked for "200-300$" outside of the scope of the signed contract for the same work that would have been done with or without the additional request. Through the phone exchanges and emails regarding these issues Adam was arrogant and dismissive, yet also took blame for the stairs and will not resolve the issue. Adam's team poured our concrete before a heavy rain, but failed to redirect a gutter (as it had originally been before construction) from pouring directly onto the concrete causing a water stain from the pooling water on the fresh concrete. Again, when confronted with this issue and asking for a resolution Adam denied blame and said "wait a year". As of 6/11/26 there has been no reply nor efforts made on behalf of this company to repair any personal property damage nor resurface the concrete stain/ finish the job as fully paid for.
