We had an issue with our toilet. Called Jimmy after hours and he returned our call immediately. They were at our house the next morning at 9:10 am BOOM BOOM BOOM in and out in 15 min!! Fantastic response and service. We'd much rather support our local vendors! Thanks Jimmy! J. Scanlon read more

Great service because they are reliable, trustworthy and knowledgable. They knew exactly what was needed before arriving on sight. They are an important business in the community, and have been for a very long time. read more

Jimmy and his son responded very quickly to my inquiry for a clogged shower drain. The price was VERY VERY reasonable compared to other quotes I had been receiving. They worked quickly and effectively and I would contact them again in the future. read more

The owner responded to my call and was cold. I told him the name of a friend that recommended him and his response was a skeptical "ok?". A better answer would be "oh yeah he is a good customer" even if you don't remember them. Gave me what I considered an FU quote that was 50% higher than my others. read more

We been using Jimmy B Quick since we bought in 2007. Fast reliable and fair priced. They always can clear my drain with ease.

The plumbers came this morning and got the problem fixed. They were definitely knowledgeable, but they offset that good work with poor cleanliness habits. They came and fixed the faucet that wasn't working well, and it probably took around 15 minutes to get it running well again. After they left, however, I noticed they had walked in with their boots and took no measures to ensure cleanliness in their workspace. They left a bunch of water on the floor, and combined with their dirty boots, it left tracks of mud in the bathroom. It was pretty filthy, and they made no effort to clean after themselves. I would prefer not to work with them again given my experience. Jimmy be quick but he also be dirty. read more

I've recently used Jimmy B Quick Plumbing again. My rental house blocked drain issue was fixed in about 15 minutes by Jim & Mike. The Tenant initially called Bill Howe that didn't fix it & said a $315 camera inspection was needed to find obstruction and other fees to finally fix it!!! My shower faucet was hard to pull out and push back in and Jimmy B Quick put in new valve and knob in 10 minutes and now working perfectly. Highly recommend them. read more

Always responsive. I have used for years for the minor to moderate level jobs. Recommended.

They were very responsive on the phone and were able to schedule to come out and fix my leaky faucet the next day. Showed up promptly on time, fixed the issue quickly and VERY reasonably priced. I will absolutely call them again! read more

I contacted Jimmy B Quick for some general non-emergency type plumbing. Within 10m of sending my request, I not only had a reply, but also a quote. We immediately scheduled for the next day. Upon arrival, Jimmy and his son were very professional, and went straight to work. Of our 4 toilets, three needed servicing and new parts, which thankfully Jimmy already had on hand, and within just 30 short minutes, all three were completed, and finally working as intended! I am so thankful for Jimmy B Quick Plumbing and their services, and will definitely be suggesting him and his team to others. read more

They really are quick and their price is comparable to other plumbers that I have used in the past to unclog drains.

I requested a quote online. I received a very reasonable quote early the next morning. They contacted me to schedule the work. There was no delay or scheduling issues. They (father and son) came in, assessed the problem and repair was completed in less than 30 minutes. Price was as quoted. I will definitely use them again in the future. read more

Quick courteous and friendly! I work in the home service industry and recognize exceptional service when I see it!

This is the second time I have used their services for my old home, and just as before, one call on a Monday morning for a leaky bathtub faucet, and Mike and Jimmy arrived quickly and took care of the leak even faster, all done before 10am. Nice to see a father and son working together. read more

Jim came as agreed and handled my drain problems quickly. His pricing was acceptable.

I started looking for plumbers very late at night, so it's understood that they'd only be able to get back to me in the morning. They were super fast with the toilet tank repair and completely stopped the leaking caused by cross-threading. Real good father and son team supporting each other. The amount paid was so worth the time they spent and the service they provided. I have a tendency to be so good at dismantling and being horrible at putting things back together, so I am happy I found Jimmy B Quick. My bidet finally works! Thank you! read more

I was in a jam and Jimmy B Quick came through! Quick to respond, fair price for expedited service and great customer service. Highly recommend to anyone needing plumbing services. Thank you! read more

Recommended by my property manager Spirit Realty, I was certainly in good hands when I called Jimmy Be Quick. My water heater was reported leaking and I needed to have it replaced ASAP. In this emergency Jimmy was quick to respond and had my water replaced with no fuss and a local guarentee. His pricing was extremely fair too! read more

Always friendly and quick service in Imperial Beach! Called for a vacation rental I manage with a clogged garbage disposal and Jimmy got out there next day and fixed it. Thank you! read more

Our sink sprayer was leaking and the part that needed to be replaced was discontinued. I called/texted Jimmy B Quick to come install a new sink and it was Jimmy and his son, Mike, who came to my house. They were so fast that I almost couldn't believe it. I think it was about 30 minutes to uninstall the old sink and install the new one. For scheduling, by the time I reached out and asked their availability to when they arrived for their scheduled visit it was under 24 hours. Most businesses these days have a ridiculous wait time. I especially appreciated that they didn't leave a mess, asked me if there were any parts from the old sink I wanted to keep, and then disposed of the stuff I didn't want. read more

Simply the best. Prompt, courteous, thorough, great communication, and reasonable pricing.

i've relied on Jimmy B Quick for many years. When Mike and his dad, Jim, show up, you can count on getting excellent service at an affordable price. They are competent, honest, reliable, friendly, and all-round fine people. They are amazingly fast at their work. But recently, when I had a more complicated problem -- a kitchen drain with a clog deep inside and almost out of reach -- they took the time to diagnose it properly and use the right equipment to fix it. I'm grateful for this great family-run business and highly recommend it. This team understands the true meaning of service. read more

Well, this is completely unusual. Jim and his son were certainly very Quick! They responded to my inquiry within 10 minutes, with a quote. Responsive, quick, and fair pricing! They will be our first call for any future plumbing issues.

I've been a customer of JBQ for over 15 years and have been a very confident in their work. Mike is quick, knowledgeable and very experienced. Almost always same day appointments (depending on schedule) Prices are very reasonable and below competitors pricing. (They are lower than my discounted contract account prices with Bill Howe) Only downside is emergency service after hours. Had to contact someone else for that. Reliable, honest, knowledgeable, and QUICK! read more
