Super friendly and professional service! Very affordable and they did a great job! Everyone come here! These guys rock!!!

Moses is the best mechanic you'll ever come by. I'm sitting in the office and I've seen this guy help everyone that brings their car and either tried to diagnose the problems of everyone's car or nicely everyone to someone that could help their specific problem. He also let me text him about the problem that I was having and got back to me very quickly. I promise you that you won't find a mechanic that will give you as positive of an experience as Moses will. read more

Thank you Moses @ Trust Alignment This morning I had a really frustrating experience at America's Tires in San Pedro. They kept me for two hours, tried to align my car three different times, and even sent me off saying everything was good--only for my car to immediately pull hard to the right. I had to go back, and in the end, they just refunded me because they couldn't complete the job. After that disappointment, I went online to find another alignment shop and came across Trust Alignment in Long beach. From the moment I spoke with them, I felt reassured. I explained my situation, and they understood right away. They told me to come by, promised to check everything out, and even said they wouldn't charge me if they couldn't fix it. Sure enough, they did the job right and my car has never driven better. The difference is night and day. These guys really live up to their name. I truly trust them, and I'd recommend Trust Alignment to anyone who wants their car done right the first time. read more

It was great working with Moses. After a median impact, I went to a shop in San Pedro without the new rack tech. They wouldn't touch my car, stating it was too unstable to work on, but couldn't tell me why. I came here after and Moses threw the car up and showed me a bent tie rod. He said to replace it and come back, which to me was great info to get to mechanics considering I'm on a budget. I came back after my tie rod replacement and they aligned the toe quickly, did a test drive and I paid what I was quoted. Come here for your alignment. read more

I had a great experience at Trust Alignment! I called towards the end of a rainy day and inquired about the price and if I had to make an appointment for a 4 wheel alignment. A gentleman answered the phone and told me that no appointment was needed and that I just need to arrive 30 minutes before closing. As soon as I pulled into the lot someone was already on their way out to my car to get me checked in and my car was on the rack within 5 minutes. Very happy with my service and will definitely return when I need an alignment in the future! read more

My boyfriend was in desperate need of a wheel alignment so we went on a search for a reputable place on Yelp. We found this gem near our house with positive reviews, reasonable prices and their service was top notch! The person taking care of us was Moses and he was very efficient, he definitely knew what he was doing 10/10. Please keep in mind that this establishment is a first come first serve bases, so if you have time concerns please come when they open. We came on a Friday around 10am and Moses took us right away. We will definitely be back to align my mustang. read more

Did my alignment for my 2020 Corolla fast and reliable. Very cheap price with very good service

Highly recommended for alignment services at this shop! Went in for an alignment as my front tires were getting abnormal wear. The owner explained carefully what may have been the issue and what he was going to adjust. (other shops usually throw you the before & after info sheet and most people wouldn't have a clue what it means) Great pricing for their labor and service! read more

This place is great! I will never go anywhere else. I got new tires last month when I was in Texas. You'd think a small town like the one I was in would have less expensive services. However, not only were they all charging upwards of $100 to align my new tires, but they all said I had to book in advance and leave my car THE ENTIRE DAY!!! Fast forward to this week. My local mechanic, who I love, referred me to a place nearby for an alignment. I called, and they said it would take four hours and cost $140. I then called Trust Alignment (because I'd been to them before), and the nicest guy answered the phone. He said they work on first-come, first- serve, and that it would only take about 30 minutes. Well, that was a no-brainer! I had no problem traveling a bit to get to them. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Beyond that, they were very nice and very professional. Never again. I won't even call any other places. From now on, Trust Alignment is the only place I'll go. read more

This shop is really good. My friend recommended to me. I will keep coming back when I have to deal with my cars. The estimate is so reasonable. They don't push you to changed anything if not necessary. They even told me which one I should take care first and later. They are professional, honest, responsible and reasonable. Took my 2015 Subaru Outback in for an alignment with my new tires. Guy was very nice and professional. Shop was clean! Did a 4 wheel alignment. I waited with a chair to sit in next to a plug for my laptop and was very happy indeed. I'll be back! If you call in the afternoon and no one answers it's 'cause they are working. Try in the morning or later in the day and they def pick up. **ProTip Their garage is located within the courtyard of the Diaz Tire shop. It's a pretty big fenced in space so just pull into the Diaz driveway and Trust Alignment is on the right. They are mechanics as well. read more

10/10 service! My car alignment got screwed up only 2 days after I got my alignment from here, and they took me in without saying anything and re-aligned them for me! The owner is super professional and knowledgeable, and the car lift is relatively flat, so if you have a lowered car, it'll work! (Unless it's slammed, then maybe not.) The price is super affordable and reasonable. If you're in need of an alignment, definitely give them a shot! read more

Just got back from dealer with a lot of work they want me to do such as oil leaking. I was surprise because I never saw the oil leak spot on the floor when I park. Quick and easy service. Extremely professional. Affordable pricing too. I would go back.

I called this place in the morning to see what time of day I can come in to get my car aligned. He told me to call a few minutes before I wanted to come in to ensure that they would be available since they do first come first serve. I called and he told me to come on down. I did and upon arrival the guy who I spoke to told me since they are first come first serve I would have to wait . This is even after I called. So I waited 20 minutes. He finally comes to me and says we should get started on your car in about 15 minutes. The whole reason I called was so that I didn't have to wait over 30 minutes. Unfortunately after he told me this I decided to leave since I can't wait all day. Don't waste your time coming here unless you have all day to sit and wait read more

Driving around LA'd notoriously problematic surface streets causes heavier cars especially to need alignment constantly--pot holes anyone? I took my 2002 Lexus in and Moses (owner) discovered it needed to have some wheel bearing and tie rod fixes first before they align. Armando was most kind even giving me a wheel cover fascia tool and repaired my key that was also falling apart--on the house! Their prices are unbeatable for alignment, I can remember paying 3X as much for the same years ago elsewhere and no where near received this level of service excellence. They don't take appointments and are walk-in only so best advice is to call ahead and make sure you can drop in to ensure you'll fit in before they close. It's located being the big tire wall at Pico & Western. The waiting area is just inside the garage with enough seating and lovely classical music playing to put you at ease. I'll be back! read more

I found this place on Yelp. Most of the reviews were very positive so I decided to try them out. I called on a Saturday to schedule a same day appointment and got their last one for the day. I pulled up and was greeted by the friendly mechanic. I don't think that I waited 10 mins. I couldn't believe how fast my wheel alignment was done. In less than 30 mins!!!. Outstanding service, and only $60 for a wheel alignment. I called a couple of other places they wanted anywhere from $130-250!!! I will definitely have minor work done from here on out. Thanks Moses (mechanic). read more

Amazing!!! I had a problem with my car for two years and no mechanic could ever figure it out. In less than thirty minutes, Moses pinpointed the problem and ordered me the part. He found the part cheap and quickly and within two hours, my car was done. He is a true professional, so polite and very inexpensive. I even got a gift of free wipes for my car! This may have been a polite way of telling me to clean my car LoL but I'll take it. Highly recommend!!! read more
