They kept me for two hours, tried to align my car three different times, and even sent me off saying everything was good--only for my car to immediately pull hard to the right. This place is great! I will never go anywhere else. I got new tires last month when I was in Texas. You'd think a small town like the one I was in would have less expensive services. However, not only were they all charging upwards of $100 to align my new tires, but they all said I had to book in advance and leave my car THE ENTIRE DAY!!! Fast forward to this week. My local mechanic, who I love, referred me to a place nearby for an alignment. I called, and they said it would take four hours and cost $140. I then called Trust Alignment (because I'd been to them before), and the nicest guy answered the phone. He said they work on first-come, first- serve, and that it would only take about 30 minutes. I called this place in the morning to see what time of day I can come in to get my car aligned. He told me to call a few minutes before I wanted to come in to ensure that they would be available since they do first come first serve. I called and he told me to come on down. I did and upon arrival the guy who I spoke to told me since they are first come first serve I would have to wait . This is even after I called. So I waited 20 minutes. He finally comes to me and says we should get started on your car in about 15 minutes. The whole reason I called was so that I didn't have to wait over 30 minutes. I took my 2002 Lexus in and Moses (owner) discovered it needed to have some wheel bearing and tie rod fixes first before they align. Armando was most kind even giving me a wheel cover fascia tool and repaired my key that was also falling apart--on the house! Their prices are unbeatable for alignment, I can remember paying 3X as much for the same years ago elsewhere and no where near received this level of service excellence. They don't take appointments and are walk-in only so best advice is to call ahead and make sure you can drop in to ensure you'll fit in before they close. I pulled up and was greeted by the friendly mechanic. I don't think that I waited 10 mins. I couldn't believe how fast my wheel alignment was done. In less than 30 mins!!!.
