While most restaurants with high quality food as good as this are overly expensive and too fancy, this restaurant gives you all the flavor without the stress. The restaurant itself is very nice inside and classy, but there's no need to overly dress up. The menu is full of flavorful options for everyone's taste from hearty salads, to fresh seafood, to tender meat, to pasta dishes. I ordered the parmesan glazed chicken and it was absolutely incredible! The boneless chicken breast was grilled to perfection to keep it tender and the juicy flavor inside. On top it was coated in a creamy parmesan glaze with sweet red peppers that was gooey and mixed perfectly with fresh pesto for an extra flavorful bite. Served on the side were fresh green beans and buttery mashed potatoes. I couldn't get enough of it and truly enjoyed every bite. All for a reasonable price too! read more

We have been dining at truffles for years and it was always the go to place. That has changed now you have a 50/50 chance of getting a good meal. We don't understand what changed but our family has given them chance after chance and we are now done. It is just a crap shoot if your meal will be good or just terrible. Too bad ! read more

The food here is really good! The prices are great and the flavors are there. Plenty of parking and a pretty good selection of food and drink. We came here around 7:00pm on a Saturday and we're able to be seated, we made reservations ahead of time but I don't think they're needed. The atmosphere is like a neighborhood bistro. You don't need to dress up, and it's not 5-star, but you'll get great food an amazing service. There were a few fruit flies flying around that turned me off, but it is the season for them. The pear-tini was so good! I had two, and I don't think they were that strong, but yummy enough. The meatloaf was 10/10. This is what a meatloaf should taste like! The burger was delicious as well. It tasted like a freshly made patty on the grill, not a frozen one. And the house made butter that came with the complimentary bread was so yummy! We got 4 drinks between us two, a burger, and the meatloaf and the total was about $88. WAY cheaper than going out for dinner in Savannah to a comprable place. A small group of us came in, and we had to have a quick supper due to another appointment, and the staff went above, and beyond to take care of us, and ensure that we had our meal and plenty of time with terrific service. This was a ecommendation from a fellow road warrior while traveling through South Carolina, and turned out to be a great suggestion. If you like the taste of truffles (as I do) then I recommend the mushroom pasta! Perfectly cooked pasta loaded with meaty mushrooms, and just the right amount of truffle flavor! Also, the Caesar salad and bread with garlic butter "must experience" sides. Since I did take out, I only had a few minutes to experience the friendly and outgoing experience, which was obvious, and the atmosphere that was great! read more

Went here to late lunch with my dad and brother around 1 and from the start to beginning the atmosphere, hospitality and service was blown away. I work as a manager at restaurants group in Virginia and I was very observant to the other servers and how everyone was working and attentive. Our servers was so nice and friendly and checked in without being overwhelming. I think the manager stopped by our table as well didn't catch her name but she was checking in as well. Overall it was a great experience and shout out to management for training their staff and hiring great people. read more

Everything was perfect. Party of 5 seated within 5 minutes of walking in, with the door opened for us by a hostess. We had a selection of items, starting with the Spinach Dip. Perfect . Meals included New Orleans Pasta , seasoned just enjoy to enjoy the spice but still taste the chicken. Meatloaf this was good but with the honey BBQ glaze it's a little sweet, so leave this off if you don't like a sweet taste in your meatloaf. Classic burger and fries.. always amazing and cooked to your desire, in this case medium. Slight pink middle. And 2 of us ordered the Southwestern Salad.. this is always my favorite . Chicken with just a little spice, black beans, corn salsa, crispy tortillas strips. I never get bored with this. Ending the meal with a shared Blondie. And with 5 people it was still hard to finish. We first discovered Truffles in lovely Bluffton as a place for dinner as we layover during our drives between NC and FLA. The best Filet Mignon (8 Oz) as well as the dinner Fish specials. Wonderful fresh vegetables mashed potatoes. Prices are reasonable and the service team is among the most accommodating and nice. We also always get a slice of Key-lime Pie to share and double espresso's. This last time we went we ordered a Sambucca and they correctly served it with 3 coffee beans for that Italian wishes for health happiness and good fortune. I really love this place. Truffles is our "go to" place when thinking of where to visit for dinner. They've always done a great job accomodating some dietary needs. Joshua D was our waiter and did an excellent job servicing our table. He even left a business card tucked into our receipt. To start, I had a Bombay Sapphire martini with blue cheese olives. I must say they do make one of the best martinis I've had. My wife had a Jose Cuervo martini on the rocks (adding ice cost an additional $0.50). Since we had the small 2 seater near the bar, we did get $2.00 off for happy hour. For dinner, my wife ordered the Southwestern Salad with chicken. I went with the daily special of Salmon Cakes. They offered 2 very well seasoned salmon cakes with green beans served over mashed potatoes. Very filling and delicious. read more

Amazing as always. The Pear-adise is the best drink ever, and the food and service continue to be top-notch. While the chopped salad is awesome, I opted for the Napa Salad with Ahi and was not disappointed. It was incredible. And don't miss the garlic & herb butter that comes with the bread. I overheard management, a ginger speaking to one of the servers. The way she spoke to her staff was alarming and to be described as bullying and berating. I ended up having that server drop by the table to pick up our plates, only to find out the server was new. Though the service I received was great, as well the food. It was very alarming to see the way the staff are treated. The manager spoke to that girl in such a way that I, the non-receiver of those words, even felt disrespected. Have always loved Truffles and have mostly gone to the one at Sea Pines. But my parents and I had dinner here in Bluffton and the food, atmosphere (sat outside), and service were great. Portions are huge. Enjoyed my tuna Napa salad and was shocked to see a whole sliced tuna steak. Well over twice what I normally would see from a salad. Meatloaf here is a family favorite and did not disappoint. My dad was a little disappointed with pot pie. Thought the recipe may have changed with the sauce not as thick and some different vegetables in it than he's used to having. The blondie was delicious with a big scoop of vanilla ice cream and chocolate and caramel sauce drizzled. Staple restaurant when we are in the area. read more
