The tomatoes were hearty and cut a perfect thickness. Could have used more balsamic for me, but my husband liked it fine. Chef special: Swordfish picatta with mashed potatoes, vegetables & tiny salad - 4/5 This was good. The picatta sauce was delicious and the fish cooked perfectly. I would have liked a mix of different vegetables. Lasagna - 5/5 - this was my favorite. It was cheesy, served very hot, the noodles were not mushy. Just deliciousness on a plate. The service at the bar was outstanding. Our server was attentive and offered us as much bread as we wanted. He went over the menu and offered suggestions. We only drank water and the cup was always full. He was great! Seating - there was plenty of seating, so was not sure why we were only offered a choice of 2 tables both basically on top of the party next to you. I feel they can do better in that department. There was seating outside, which was also offered, but it was way too hot and humid that day to dine al fresco. We ending up sitting at the bar. Forced tipping: They add a "kitchen appreciation" fee to your bill, which I did not care for. I feel this is tacky, but if they are doing this, it should be posted somewhere that they are, feels sneaky otherwise. The food was very good & I will likely be back to try other dishes.

I initially wasn't going to write a review but I saw someone gave the restaurant 1 star 20 days ago…read morefor a similar situation that happened to us so I decided to do the same. My husband and I came across the restaurant on a Saturday at 430pm. We had our baby stroller and have been mindful on avoiding dinner rushes while going to restaurants, just in case. The Host asked us if we were a party of "3 and a half" which we laughed and said yes. We waited outside where there is patio seating and only a couple of tables taken. Inside, there were people at the bar and maybe one table occupied. The rest were open. I could see through the windows that the staff made a big deal about the stroller, they were walking around making hand motions as to where the stroller would "fit" mind you we've been to plenty of restaurants where this has NEVER been an issue. They came out to speak to us twice stating they were looking for a spot. I told my husband we should just eat elsewhere but he insisted on waiting. We did not want to sit outside due to it being hot. The host finally returned and said that they have reservations and can seat us at a table but we have an hour limit due to the reservation. My husband obliged b/c he was hungry, and I was annoyed. We got seated in the back which is fine by the big display of wine and our stroller replaced a chair. Which idk why that wasn't suggested or thought of in the first place. Our server was very nice but the other staff just kept side eyeing us. Dinner was rushed, it was tasty yet over priced. Our baby slept the entire time, No fuss thankfully. What were they to do if they had someone in a wheel chair and couldn't accommodate space? I know the comparison is far fetched compared to a stroller however it was the first time I ever encountered this. Since someone else made a comment about them not being seated due to a stroller, I would suggest avoiding this restaurant if you have small children as it seems it's not welcomed. Again, we were mindful and have been going to dinner before 5pm.

It's a small restaurant which creates a really intimate and great atmosphere. The service was prompt and helpful. From the young lady that greeted us at the host station who was so friendly and polite to our server who was on the spot with everything - everyone was A+. The cocktails and food were excellent. The only trouble I had was deciding what to order because so many offerings on the menu sounded incredible. Can't wait to go again. Grazie Da Bianca Trattoria!

I came to eat at pasta party a few days ago after telling myself to visit for a long time now. I…read morestill remember the old deli that was there prior to this restaurant and I've seen numerous social media ads and posts about the place so I wanted to check it out. I think I was a little hesitant because in my head I was thinking how good could possibly really be? In my head spaghetti/pasta is something I can make it home and almost thought it a waste of money to go out of my way to go out specifically to eat this dish. I ordered the Arrabiata pasta with the sausage. I'll admit I was a little thrown off by added cost of each tolling and also added cost of the Arrabiata sauce and I also did wait until a fair amount before the food was ready for takeout. But the pasta really blew me away. I'm still thinking about how good it tasted. I would definitely come back and I actually wanna bring my dad who loves spicy pasta like this. It was really that good. I can't think of another place that has this level of pasta let alone this price. The only negative I would say in regards to one of the workers. The cashier was manned by wonderful woman who did every and all tasks from taking the orders to putting food items in the oven to answering the phone I'm probably much more than that. I don't know. In contrast there was an Asian man with a black shirt who was also working. He looked lost and completely helpless. There was a moment where this woman was so busy and there was a ringing that I assume was from either a phone call or a delivery order. This man did not offer to help more nor did he help from what I saw. He was utterly helpless and unhelpful. I'll give him the benefit of the doubt with the encouragement "Hey help your team out!" The woman on the other hand was doing so many things simultaneously and yet was really kind at the same time. Anyways, I'm giving my review of a five star because I wanna see this place succeed and I'll definitely come back .

The pasta sauce tasted very sour, and the meatball on top wasn't even warm. It seemed like it was simply taken from a tray and placed on top of the pasta. Overall, I felt the food was overpriced for what we received. Honestly, I've had better food and a better value at Olive Garden. Sorry to say, but I expected more. Service was great! Very kind

I ordered a medium pepperoni pizza, and the receipt clearly showed "pepperoni." I paid for the pepperoni... only to get home and discover that it was actually a cheese pizza. In hindsight, I probably should have opened the box before leaving to double-check the order, but I honestly didn't think I needed to inspect the pizza box to make sure what I paid for was inside. To make matters more comical, I had also ordered a personal cheese pizza for my little boy so I somehow ended up coming home with TWO cheese pizzas. Needless to say, we are now absolutely drowning in cheese pizza. As for the pizza itself, the cheese pizza was just okay for me. The cheese tasted a little lower quality, with what seemed like some Italian seasoning sprinkled on top. Nothing terrible, but not quite what I was expecting given the restaurant's reputation. We also ordered meatballs, and I'm not sure if they were cooked or held at the proper temperature. By the time we got home, they were room temperature and had a very soft/squishy texture, which made me hesitant to eat them. Overall, just a disappointing first experience especially because I was genuinely excited to try this place based on the reviews. Maybe we caught them on an off night, but between the incorrect order and the food quality, rough times over here.

First time here and last time…read more We were greeted at the door by a young man who checked our reservation and led us to a table. The tables for two are so small that you can only get two plates and a fork and then run out of room. We like to share so we always place some plates in the middle - we asked for a table for four - barely large enough for us as we looked at the tables and the young man switched to "snit mode" and took offense as he explained why - in a restaurant full of empty tables - they needed the tables for four to be available. We insisted and prevailed but not without a definite signal that we were now "on his shit list" of new customers. The server was excellent very attentive. Only disappeared once for 15 minutes but then showed up again (thank you Megan) and never lapsed again. The table arrangement tipped us off immediately. The tables were arranged in "rack and stack" mode with tables set side by side with only barely enough room for someone to pass between tables - a very thin person - and so immediately we saw rows of tables so close as to be uncomfortable. That and the extremely loud music had us getting up to leave almost immediately. It didn't help that the table next to us had three people having a liquid lunch and screaming and laughing at the top of their lungs (I think) perhaps we should have given more notice to the purple and green hair? We couldn't hear each other talk in a normal voice. The server came with menus so we decided to sit and take a look at the menu. Too bad we didn't act on first impressions. We decided to split a vegetable salad - very good and seemed fresh - and a lasagna - the pasta was clearly homemade in the kitchen (very good) and the meat sauce mediocre at best with no flavor and some very hard toast triangles to remind us what 70-year-old teeth feel like when trying to bite concrete for lunch. So a warning....this is not your dark and quiet relaxing Italian Restaurant....they have their own idea and believe me it's not relaxing....they envision stacking people into a very fast and efficient amazingly small table next to hundreds of people who are all competing to be heard across the table....this is kind of like NY Italian....servers one to take your order and other very strong gentlemen to deliver your food. And deliver your food they do very fast and unpleasantly. We might have enjoyed the food more but the loud music persisted and we finally left after ordering dessert - gelato and a cappuccino that we quickly vacated and left behind. Try this one if you must but just be aware that if you're looking for Italian and a relaxing experience you may be disappointed.

Disappointing Service & Food Poisoning…read more We had a 5:30 reservation yesterday, and while the service started off great, it quickly went downhill. We ordered the Caesar salad (delicious!) and burrata, which I'd skip. After our appetizers, we waited over 20 minutes just to place our pizza order. No one checked on us, our water glasses sat empty, and we repeatedly had to flag down servers who weren't even assigned to our table, which was frustrating for such a small restaurant. The spicy pizza had way too much tomato sauce (it was slipping off the pizza) but the garlic pizza was easily the highlight! Then we were being rushed toward the end of dinner because other reservations were waiting outside and they needed our table. Meanwhile, the service wasn't even attentive throughout the dinner and it was mostly us waving down the servers. For dessert, we ordered tiramisu and pistachio ice cream. The tiramisu had an odd, overly nutty flavor and texture. Unfortunately after getting home, I puked the food out and was experiencing stomach pains, and digestive issues throughout the night. My friend also experienced similar stomach issues. The burrata in particular seemed off, and it's concerning that we both ended up sick after the same meal. Overall, a disappointing experience. Great garlic pizza and Caesar. I really wanted my husband to try this place but between the poor service and getting sick afterward, I won't be returning.
