I've been to this restaurant several times and I love it, but the delivery is terrible! It's the second time I order delivery and the second time I have a bad experience. The lasagna was completely burnt and extremely salted, the kale salad was super salty as well and the meat on the burger was over cooked. I don't get it! It's a great place! The place has a very cold vibe - kind of like a cafeteria. The food tasted like "healthy" fast food. They don't have soda because it's not healthy, but serve alcohol? Makes no sense lol. True Food is a true gimmick to me. Save your dollars here and go eat real food somewhere else! read more

This business is very good. The food was tasty and everything was cooked well. The desert was very tasty, me personally I recommend the cookies and cream. Everything is pretty much natural so if you're vegan or vegetarian there is always something for you. The food I tried the pesto was very delicious and had the sauce right where you would want it. The ambiance is very calm. Near the bar there is some basketball games playing and some football games. It has a very natural feel to it because of the modern lights on the ceiling. The service is good too. The waiters are super nice and recommending what they'd like to you so it's very helpful when you don't know what you're going to eat. Shoutout to waiter Scott. My husband is diabetic and there was nothing on the menu for him to drink. (Nonalcoholic) except water. I ordered one of your drinks and the waitress said there was no more left because you had a busy weekend. Our soup then arrived together with our entrees which was ridiculous. My husband had to rush thru his soup while I ate my entree. I ordered one of your bowls and was told there was no cilantro but there was... I ate around it because I got tired of the poor service. The food is satisfactory, nothing great but good enough. For coffee and dessert once again there was no expresso because your machine was broken. I then just skipped dessert. For such a health conscience restaurant you sure serve plenty of liquor. We were so disappointed and will not be telling our friends to go there. read more

TFK, is amazing, and if by chance something goes wrong in these Covid times, without asking their guest, it's taken care of....the spaghetti squash is amazing. We went here last night, not sure if it was an "off night" or what happened, but it was a pretty lackluster dining experience all around. We enjoy many of the restaurants locally, Houstons is a staple for us, but we decided to try something new and even waited 35 minutes for a table. When we were seated at our table, we had no idea what was in store for us. We ordered everything at once; drinks, apps and our mains, once our waiter finally appeared. We were so hungry, we were happy to have our order in motion. To know that food was ordered and on our way, we were pretty hungry and excited to try a new restaurant, and the countdown to delicious was on. Our drinks arrived after a good amount of time, hot tea for me and some sort of juice for my husband. The waiter passed and asked how our drinks were before we even had a sip. I replied, "good", not anticipating that that would be the last time we would see him for a good amount of time. We should have had an appropriate farewell or indication that he was much too busy to come back and check in. While waiting for our appetizers, we saw the food runners do the awkward dance of bringing food to the wrong tables on a number of occasions. I heard someone yell out "33, 32, 31!" to the table near us, trying to point the busy worker in the right direction. We ourselves were brought some nice looking cocktails, before a server even approached our table, so we experienced the table confusion as well. When my seasonal salad and my husbands edamame dumplings finally made the descent to our table, we were ready. It was go time. I mean, we walked around the mall for half an hour waiting for this food, this had to be good, right? I took a big fork full of cauliflower, beans, kale, butternut squash and bruss- wait not the Brussel sprouts- I was so hungry I decide to go for my first bite without the efforts of a knife. I was expecting a warm salad, but that's on me, I really should have checked what I ordered.... But raw/or close to raw cold cauliflower, Brussel sprouts and squash, was not the savory warm salad it could have been. Maybe this was meant to be par boiled and it just missed the mark. Having just roasted Brussel sprouts this past week, as well as a cauliflower curry, I know they could have breathed much more life into these ingredients. The kale was fine and the salad was dressed well but the mulberry was so hard and bitter. I did quite enjoy the beans though. After a good delay and wishing I had more hot water for out tea, our waiter came out and told us our food should be ready soon. I asked if my salad was supposed to have pomegranate seeds on it, he said yes and the kitchen was really backed up and he would talk to the kitchen. Finally our meals arrived. After waiting and being told the food would be ready soon... our food arrived hot & freshly prepared, right? Wrong. Our food was barely lukewarm. My husband had the poke bowl, so obviously that's a cold dish, but my burger and the side of street corn, should have had some degree of temperature. When I took my first bite of the burger I instantly realized there was not only a temperature issue but the bun was so hard, it was either toasted five times or two months old. When the waitor checked back in during our meal, he even replied, "I can see how hard it is." He indicated he would tell a manager and left. I didn't even get the chance to tell him, and I probably wouldn't have bothered, to say how greasy the burger was. I was too hungry and kind of just wanted to get this experience over with, so I decided to just keep eating vs try to find our server again to send the burger back for whatever would return to our table. This was the last time we saw our server btw. When a manager did appear, immediately after I took a bite of said very hard to eat burger, she hovered over in a rigid bend and directly asked about the problems we were having. It wasn't pleasant or friendly and she hit about the same way the hard burger did. It compounded a moment where I realized, this just wasn't the place for us. We sort of locked eyes for a moment because I wasn't going to talk with my mouth full of food, so I finally pointed to my mouth and she said she would return. She must have left with our waiter for the night. The good thing about this restaurant was the QR card on the table enabled us to realize we didn't need to wait for our waitor any longer, we were free to leave. My husband paid and we left as fast as we could. I happily returned home to find the cold pizza on the counter our babysitter ordered and ate a slice, finally satisfied with one of the cold things I ate that evening. read more

the first time i went here with my mother it was super good, as well as the second third and fourth! The reason i am giving 3 stars is because her and i went back on saturday and i ordered the "margherita pizza" and it was terrible. firstly, it was just a cheese pizza honestly it didn't look like a margherita pizza at ALL. Secondly, and the worst part, it was sooooo oily; it was literally sitting in an oil bath. For a place that prides themselves on healthy options i was expecting this pizza to be super fresh but it ended up tasting worse than dollar pizza places. Thirdly the basil was totally burnt yet soaked in oil, very disgusting. I didn't finish because i knew i would get sick if i ate it all.
