Yuuuuuuummmmmm

I've been coming here for over 10 years & it's a great example of authentic Mediterranean food. Prices are average & the staff is really friendly. No complaints at all. I'm so glad this spot has lasted the test of time. Tabouli is my favorite! The hummus is really good, too. I typically order the Lamb Basmati which is about 6oz of nugget sized lamb piece's served over Basmati Rice with lemon, parsley over top. I definitely recommend True Blue Mediterranean Restaurant!

Supposedly Chicken Kabob

Highly Disappointed. I ordered (2) chicken Kabobs, as well as fish & fries (I know everyone is going to read this and say, "why order fish & fries at a Mediterranean restaurant?" That's a story for another day, anyways... the order costed me $36 which I gladly paid hoping and praying that I was going to get my moneys worth. I waited 15 minutes and they came with my food. I got to the car, looked at my food and wanted to cry. I got 2 small pieces of fish that was burned and a container of grilled chicken. (See pictures) Last I checked, kabobs we're on a stick... right?! I sat there wondering... what was worth $36? Nothing! All I could do was sit there and eat my food with my hands because I was not even given napkins or a fork. I gave them 2 Stars because they were nice and their dipping sauce was really good

Hummus Dip

Still one of my absolute fav places in the valley. The service is top notch; always so friendly and never get your order wrong even when it's packed. The hummus so so smooth and creamy. I love the chips they serve with it. I always get the Greek salad and he gets the hummus gyro (I told you the hummus is amazing!). The flavors are spot on and it's always a ton of food. And I have to get some birds nests or baklava to take home.

Nice atmosphere

I tried their falafel wrap and I was disappointed. It felt fast-food like, kind of greasy, not enough veggies, etc.

I love their falafel! I got it as a gyro, with the meal option. YUM! The coffee is excellent too.

Came for brunch and didn't have a great time…read more The positives were short: the bread for the sandwiches was decently tasty and the bathroom was well maintained and outfitted The negatives: -they didn't have any potatoes ready for the day so all dishes that included potatoes needed to be ordered without them as the potatoes wouldn't be ready for another hour. This effectively cut the menu in half -Waters were never refilled or offered to be the entire two hours we were here -hot sandwiches were almost all served cold and the egg was overcooked on one of them -Chicken Caesar Wrap was tiny and so was the breakfast burrito. Like tiny tiny -Food and service took a very long time (two hours from sitting down to receiving check) and the place was nearly empty when we sat down and ordered -The wrong menu item was brought out for one of our friends who dined with us -an ordered side of hot sauce came nearly an hour after the initial food was brought out -the large and small drinks were volumetrically the same despite a difference in price -things kept getting burned in the kitchen and the ventilation didn't seem to be working so the whole dining area was smoky Overall it felt like the restaurant was way more focused on aesthetics and instagramability than quality of the actual food. Which is possibly why the majority of the images available on the internet are of the restaurant itself and not the food they serve The pricing wasn't great either. overall not an experience we intend to try again

Missy the owner was wonderful to chat with and I appreciate that she didn't laugh at me too hard when I told her I want to put on plays in her place. The food is great too!! I had a PB and Chocolate bar to stay and a toasted cheese sandwich to go for dinner. Both were great and I look forward to exploring the rest of the menu. A can't miss if you're in Emmaus!!

So Baked is a small bakery located on Main St in Emmaus, they focus on dessert side of baking, mostly cookies, bars, scones and things like that. Everything is made in the shop. They also have gluten free items as well. You can even get a salad or Iced Coffee if you want to. The baked goods were good, nice and fresh. The lime coconut bar was great, the orange cranberry scone was very good, but I was let down by the peanut butter cookie sandwich, the filling was lacking flavor. The Iced coffee was also good, I like that the ice cubes were made with coffee. The service was good, she was friendly and answered our questions and gave us recommendations. The inside looks basic but gets the job done. This place is also cheaper than I expected with the boom in gourmet cookie places charging $5 a cookie, this place is a steal at less than half that for some stuff. Overall a very good local bakery to stop in when ever your looking for a sweet treat.

An incredible meal from start to finish. I started with the spanakopita. Flaky, doughy, rich olive…read moreoil flavor with spinach intertwined. Honestly, this alone is worth a visit and to me was the star of my food experience here. For my main I ordered the beef and lamb gyro platter. Sometimes lamb can be a little gamey but not this lamb. It was slow cooked for 48hr to achieve a deep garlicky flavor that was just decadent. The meet was tender and the rice fresh and the right ratio of sticky but firm. Finally I ended with the baklava. Flakey crunchy and sweet. This was a classic way to end a Mediterranean meal and it did not disappoint. While this place is in a strip mall, do not let the location fool you. The inside is tastefully decorated in an elegant understated way. The service was top tier. Our waiter was attentive, talked to us about the dishes we ordered, and had a genuine friendliness to him. If you are looking for Mediterranean food or just to try something new, I would highly recommend that you check out this spot.

We ordered thick not knowing that "thin" meant saj - why didn't she say SAJ??? There were an abundance of pickles in the shawarma, too many!! There was no creamy garlic sauce in it either. The whole thing fell apart. The baba was just weird. It was not a good, creamy consistency, but rather chunks of cooked eggplant, with chopped veggies. No smokey flavor at all. I thought different Middle East regions would have different versions of food, but this version was pretty bad. Meanwhile, the man who must have been the owner kept jumping up and talking. I thought, just shut up and learn how to make food. As far as decor, the place was decorated with "out of the book" decor that had no authenticity to Middle East ambience.
