Avoid. We had a generator issue any they said they repair generators. So we unhooked and took it…read moreinto the shop (on site service is $100/hr). They have a diagnosis fee which is fair- no problem there. They figured out the issue (fried motherboard) and said to replace it, it would be $600!! The part is less than $200 so my husband said no thanks, he can put the board in himself. So he went to get it and it was totally taken apart, pieces all over! They didn't put it back together, which is totally wrong. We feel they are extorting us. The unit should be returned to the customer in the condition they received it- not in 100 pieces just because we don't want to overpay for a board that basically just plugs in. Terrible service. Find another company with more integrity if you need any electric motor service.

The spool of wire is new and a full spool. We had to call multiple times saying we wanted to pick it up. After hours we finally showed up at the location and asked for it. They brought it out disassembled and kept pushing us to replace the liner. They did however, fix the issue with the engine by cleaning it. We asked them to put it back together and we were told they don't have time????? Absolutely unacceptable. We brought it home still in pieces and discovered a missing part. We put it back together with a spare tip and we could weld, liner is fine, wire is fine. Went back and asked for our tip, was given one, no idea if it is actually ours or not. Then said that there is no way we can weld with the liner being damaged. We already have and it worked perfectly. THIS PLACE WILL RIP YOU OFF with no remorse whatsoever.
