The finish is horrible not smooth and nowhere near the chrome mirror finish they sold me. In the end I walked away with 2 junk 100 year headlight reflectors and when speaking with the owner which is where he told me to F myself and I proceeded to tell him I'd see him in small claims he proceeded to tell me I hit his employee in the face and they have pictures to prove it. Never happened! MSP show up at my home wanting to talk to me at 11 o clock at night saying they were called because I slammed somebody's arm in a door supposedly also of which never happened. We were told it was bad product and they would redo at no charge and have back by that weekend, that didn't happen. After a couple weeks we called and were told they would get right to it and get it done. Another three weeks went by not hearing a word. Finally after another call to tell them to bring the table back, we received the table with nothing being done and they refused to refund my money. No communication and no responsibility for their lack of customer service. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THEM!!

From the time you walk in the door until you leave you feel that you are being given their full attention. They listened to what the needs were for my project and even though I did not have a tight schedule for this project they made a promise to me to have it back in a week (only because I had multiple colors of powder coating to be done on several different pieces). Their prices are very fair and even better than others in the area. Not to mention that the price for powder coating also includes media blasting the parts to prep them for coating. What I like most about this is that it means I don't have to worry too much about prepping my part to go to the powder coating facility to make sure that in the end I will get the best product possible. I do a lot of custom metal work, and the fact that I won't have to spend a lot of time cleaning the mill scale off a part before I bring it to them will reduce my turn around time. Most other places use chemical prep processes, and charge extra for media blasting.
