From the time you walk in the door until you leave you feel that you are being given their full attention. They listened to what the needs were for my project and even though I did not have a tight schedule for this project they made a promise to me to have it back in a week (only because I had multiple colors of powder coating to be done on several different pieces). Their prices are very fair and even better than others in the area. Not to mention that the price for powder coating also includes media blasting the parts to prep them for coating. What I like most about this is that it means I don't have to worry too much about prepping my part to go to the powder coating facility to make sure that in the end I will get the best product possible. I do a lot of custom metal work, and the fact that I won't have to spend a lot of time cleaning the mill scale off a part before I bring it to them will reduce my turn around time. Most other places use chemical prep processes, and charge extra for media blasting.

We decided to drain it and the color of the paint that they painted the bottom is back to the original color with the scars from where they sandblasted it. I reached out to them to let them know about paint and they wouldn't stand behind their guarantee. I would never recommend this company to anyone. They were very messy and unprofessional because they got paint all over everything and there were cigarette butts everywhere. We paid them a lot of money and it was a waste. Now I am out of the money and my pool is back to square one. These people are a scam.
