Their customer service is great, they provide the same level of customer service that has been the norm in small town USA. From the time you walk in the door until you leave you feel that you are being given their full attention. They listened to what the needs were for my project and even though I did not have a tight schedule for this project they made a promise to me to have it back in a week (only because I had multiple colors of powder coating to be done on several different pieces). Their prices are very fair and even better than others in the area. Not to mention that the price for powder coating also includes media blasting the parts to prep them for coating. What I like most about this is that it means I don't have to worry too much about prepping my part to go to the powder coating facility to make sure that in the end I will get the best product possible. I do a lot of custom metal work, and the fact that I won't have to spend a lot of time cleaning the mill scale off a part before I bring it to them will reduce my turn around time.
