In less than 24 hours, the issue was resolved and resolved far greater than my expectation. Customer service went above and beyond and those words, sadly, are rarely used these days. I've been going to this store, regularly, for decades. I am guessing that most items are less expensive elsewhere but I'm paying for stellar customer service and that's worth it. I asked to speak to a manager. The manager refused. I asked to speak to the GM, they wouldn't give me the number. But they said they would give him mine and I would be contacted. I was never contacted. They then took my water line and said they automatically returned it, but refused to give me my money. They basically stole from me. I said I never said that was okay. I just want the $19.06 they stole from me.
