I ordered a water softener through Home Depot that was supposed to be delivered 8/22/19. I never…read morereceived the water softener so called Home Depot and they clearly didn't want to deal with it so they said to wait until the 29th. I did not receive the water softener on 8/29/19. Called Home Depot they said delivery company confirmed it was delivered to me. It was not. They then say we will need to dispute the charge on our credit card. They then charged me again to get a water softener that will now be delivered to the closest store. After a couple more calls they now make it my problem to deal with the shipping company NSD that Home Depot hired to deliver my water softener. Keep reading it gets worse. I call NSDs find out that they sub-contracted the job to Zzzzz's moving in Grand Rapids Michigan. I called and Mark at Zzzzz's could care less that we never got our delivery but wants my help tracking down mistakenly delivered items from Amazon. I Loved Home Depot and bought almost all the stuff inside my home from them over the years. Now they want to make their poor choice for a shipping company my problem and have charged me 2 times for an water softener that was supposed to be delivered that I now am required to go pickup? Really I am truly disappointed with the way that Home Depot has handled this situation. Up until this matter I would have given them a 5 star. Home Depot has clearly changed trying to shift blame to the credit card company and shipping company's and washing their hands and making it my problem. I wish I could find the water softer I need some place else. I hate to give Home Depot a another penny. I'm upgrading the review. I spoke to a very nice Lady Debra in the dispute resolution center. Once she looked at the notes and called the shipping company she clearly saw that the issue was on there end and refunded our money. Would have been nice if they had handled it this way the first 4 calls.

Placed an order it was supposed to arrive on a Monday between 12-4 then at 5pm it was rescheduled…read moreto the following day at the same time. The following day at 2:30pm it was then updated to unknown delivery time. So I have now lost 2 days of time and have no product! I called the store and after talking to a machine for 10 min I asked to be transferred to an actual human. It said it was going to transfer the call and then hung up.

Horrocks Market - The indoor patio area to enjoy food and sometimes music! Perfect for when the backyard garden area is closed.

Horrocks Market, Lansing, Michigan…read more WHOA! This place is HUGE! We walked into Horrocks Market expecting a market, and what we found was practically a small city devoted to food, flowers, gardening, and just about anything else you can imagine. The variety is incredible. Fresh produce, prepared foods, a bakery, flowers (including some gorgeous exotic varieties), gardening supplies, paper goods, wind chimes, specialty items, and so much more. You can wander around for ages and still discover something you missed. I even counted the soups, and they had around 36 different varieties available to take home or enjoy there. THIRTY-SIX! At that point, choosing a soup becomes a serious life decision. There is also plenty to tempt your taste buds, with freshly prepared food and all kinds of goodies. The popcorn-making area caught our attention, and the popcorn looked wonderful. The only catch? You had to buy a gigantic bag for about $8. We were a group of four, not a family preparing for winter hibernation, so we passed. The cinnamon rolls looked equally tempting, very much in the Cinnabon style, but at around $9 for one, we decided that our sweet tooth could survive without one. Coming from the Chicago area, I found many of the prices surprisingly high. There is certainly a lot to choose from, but your wallet may need a little pep talk before you go shopping! One of the nicest surprises was the atmosphere on Friday. There was a live band playing, and lots of people had gathered to listen. The music was free, and you could grab a beer, a glass of wine, or another drink and simply sit back and enjoy the scene. It was a fun, lively atmosphere, although the music was a little loud for casual conversation. What impressed me most was the sheer variety. This isn't just a place to buy groceries. It's somewhere to explore, browse, grab a bite, admire the flowers, discover unusual products, and enjoy a little entertainment along the way. My advice? Definitely visit, but go for the experience rather than planning to fill your shopping cart. There is so much to see and enjoy, even if you decide to keep your wallet firmly in your pocket. Horrocks Market is an experience all on its own. Come curious, leave yourself plenty of time to explore, and don't say I didn't warn you about the size of the place!
