I have a feeling that he had seldom washed intricately-shaped spindles. At the end of the day we pointed out that he missed some of the surfaces of the spindles. He returned the next day to re-do them (kudos, kudos - we had already paid him). We would have given five stars except for one thing: although he had very conscientiously moved the deck furniture off, he forgot to put the pieces back. (The grill was a bit tricky for us). We could not be more pleased with the cost and quality of the work they did. Our asphalt shingled roof was full of spring oak tree droppings and also had unsightly dark streaks. We learned that those are caused by an algae that tends to grow on north and west-facing shingles (especially if they are heavily shaded by mature trees). The result? The roof and gutters are free of debris and the splotchy black stains are gone. Our almost 20-year-old gray composite deck looks brand new.
