The quality of the paint is good. As the name suggests they are great at painting. However, other issues within the project were extremely frustrating and I would personally never hire him again and would caution friends to look elsewhere. One issue was timing. It was supposed to be completed in 7-10 days but ended up taking 26 days. There were also things that were promised during the planning stages, but never delivered and there was no apology. For example, I was supposed to get a garbage drawer that was 2 bins deep for trash and recycling. I came one one day an a single bin drawer was installed. He just stated the double drawer he had didn't fit so he installed a single one. No discussion of other options. It seems like a small thing, but there were about 5 of those small things and I started to feel like he was gaslighting me. I didn't know when I was supposed to speak up about my choices and it was uncomfortable and tense. There is one panel that he installed that is still wobbly. He came back once to re glue it but it came off later that day. It bothers me every time I see it. The wrong color grout was also used. He promised me 6 months ago that someone would come to stain and seal it but I never heard from that person. Someone on his team broke our oven door while working. They replaced it (although I had no oven for Christmas) but Quincy never apologized for the inconvenience. Lastly, our refrigerator was a very tight fit after they modified our cabinets. Our power went out recently so we wanted to plug the fridge into the generator. We could not budge it. Guess who never returned my email? Quality touch painting. So yes the cabinets on either side of the fridge are beautiful. But we can't move our fridge and quality touch painting doesn't care about that at all. We had QTP remove a lot of wall paper from our great room. I usually do this but this wallpaper was…read morevery difficult to remove. They came in and in two days had it all off without damage. Then they painted the whole area in an oil base undercoat to nullify any left over paste problems. Then they painted the whole thing in two coats using a very nice quality paint. Every small nick or scratch from before was patched and fixed. Two very competent painters, good advice and they respected our home. It really has that new home look, just beautiful. I am glad that we found them. Careful and detailed, good work.

Looked at the complicated project. Which was to take the lower level of a home (580 sqft.) turn it into a completely separate living quarters. Jessie is such pleasure to work with. Very reliable, responsive, thorough and on time…read more We wanted to widen our outdoor patio's floor and add a 18 ft by 6ft cement. I went on the internet and saw Mcgraw Contruction. Their site showed several pictures that is similar to what I wanted done on my patio. I called and talked to Jessie. He requested if he can come and see the proposed project, get the right measurements and check what materials/machine needed to complete the job. He came Thursday afternoon at 3PM, checkout the patio, measured the area, did some computations, made few calls to get pricing for the materials/machine needed and within 20 minutes gave me a very reasonable quote on the spot. Since I want it done right away, he tried to work with my schedule and have my cement extension done the following Monday. I was at work when they came to my backyard on Monday, but Jessie and his co-worker, Lupe work tirelessly to complete the job on time. Jessie took pictures of the step by step development of their work since, as questions and make comments if I'm not satisfied. He sent pictures using his phone and text it to me while they are working on it, placing of the Rebar, the picture of the cement truck on my driveway and pouring on the cement, and picture of Lupe is trying to even out the cement. They came at 12:00NN and finished it at 4:00PM. I was able to meet them at 3PM and saw Lupe and Jessie finishing it when a broom. They left the backyard spotless because they clean up all their mess including our mess. May patio looks fantastic, and my family is happy with the result. A job well done! Thank you Jessie and Lupe. Expect for more calls from us for future projects.
