Working with Law's Electric has turned out to be one of the most unprofessional experiences I've…read morehad. I needed a new breaker box installed in a rehab I'm working on. First they showed up to a vacant property without a phone call so I could let them in as previously arranged (actually I had a key hidden if they would have called). When I got there they were already working. The brand new door knob was broken off.... I asked what happened and they said it was like that. That was the first red flag. Now today I get a phone call saying the inspector was there but couldn't get in. That I needed to run over there and open and wait or hide a key so the inspector can get in. I questioned Craig on why they never let me know the inspection was scheduled. He lied and said they sent me an email or voicemail none of which I ever received. When I expressed my disappointment over the situation and explained how I can't drop everything I'm doing Craig became very rude on the phone, and told me the inspection was now up to me to get done and hung up the phone. I believe the work is good but these folks lack any type of professionalism.

Most companies back up their service with free service calls. I am no different. But you never expressed any dissatisfaction other than the tree out front with ants. Why would you just switch companies after I provided you with years of satisfactory service without giving me a chance to even do a free service call? I even created a custom program that skipped the winter months, specifically for you. Are you working directly with the owner? Or did you sign up with some nameless, faceless corporation where you're just a number? I know all my customers by name and address and care about them and the service they receive.
