thank you for your feedback. our office manager did inform you that the diagnostic would cost $70. this is also posted in our lobby for everyone to see. we did replace 2 wires that were burnt and our mechanic stated that the problem you brought your vehicle in for had been fixed.
we sorry that you feel differently but we did preform the work you requested us to do.

First off, the job was not completed because i fixed the issue myself! The issue again was the thermostat.
Since the diagnostic was not completed and the car was not fixed, i asked for a partial refund and was told by you that "You Are Not Going to Get Any Refunds on Anything!"
After you refused to refund me my money for a job that was not completed, your solution to this issue is to "put new tape on the wires to the temp sensor"..... Really???? I already fixed the issue! Why would i bring my car back and waste my time for some tape on the + & - to the temp sensor? You don't make any sense???
(lie #1) Secondly, the wires were not burnt. The mechanic just changed the connectors that i had installed to the temp sensor with different ones. That was not the issue and not the fix! Nice try!
Third, I cant believe you called me and started an argument with me, then you hang up on me when you know I was in the right!
(lie #2) Your rude office manager with no customer skills didn't tell me any prices until the next day after she said the work was done. That's a lie!
It doesn't matter if the diagnostic fee is on a banner in the front of your little shop... You still need to communicate with your customers!
Now i know where your staff gets it from.. read more
