We asked the lady three times behind the bar if there is a waiting list, where to put our name and they just said "wait and you will be called". 5 minutes later when more people showed up, they pulse out the ipad and started getting people's name and number but did not do it in the order of arrival: it was whomever they saw first. they said you'll get a text when your table was ready but then they just shouted out the name for the table. When we got to the table, an employee was putting plates and bowls on our table - they were doing this without gloves, with their hands inside the bowls and on the plates, and touching multiple surfaces before and after touching the plates When we were at the table, no one greeted us and to this day i have no idea who our actual server was. We just asked who was going to take our order and the server from behind the bar was walking by and they told her to take our order. A last note about service, for some reason trays are not used and all the food is delivered by hand. I will come to the taste a bit later. the chicken drumsticks were good. We thought the noodles were soft but instead they were very hard, crunchy noodles in one bowl and a sauce in the other. You were supposed to put the crunchy noodles down first and the sauce on top and that would've soften the noodles; that didn't happen as the noodles never became soft enough to eat so we had to order soft noodles on the side. the sauce that came with it was a spicy sweet and sour sauce and it was a big portion, the schezwan chicken was decent in terms of flavor and portion size. regarding the taste - the restaurant was billed as Pakistani Chinese but the food didn't taste like the Pakistani Chinese I tasted in Lahore. It didn't taste like American Chinese nor Hakka Chinese but a mix and combo of all three - so not sure what to call the food the price - the portion size was big but so were the prices; $30 for the chop suye is a bit much and almost $80 for 3 people to eat food that's average with poor service and poor hygiene standards
