    Tandoori Chicken Pizza
    Sonali D.

Indian Fusion Pizza! That's all you need to know! We ordered a Tandoori Chicken Pizza for delivery from Rasoi via UberEats. Received the pizza quickly and so very excited to try the flavors! 10/10. The sauce on the pizza was full of Indian spices. The tandoori chicken was soft and marinated so well. This whole pizza experience was amazing. Because of this wonderful to-go experience, we hope to return to the restaurant for a dine-in experience, or even try ordering some of the Indian centered entrees to go. A must try if you're looking for something a little different on pizza night!

My first time here since new management. Overall, food is very salty. Got medium spice for every dish which is a good level of hot but just too salty. Wish that the rice containers were bigger. Large portion sizes, good for leftovers.

We tried Rasoi Katy to avail their Wednesday pizza offer and I was so happy to finally found a great Indian pizza place in Katy. It's a small shop where we mostly saw people coming to pick up the food. The cheese, the crust, the protein, the sauce - everything was well balanced. Can't wait to be back for more

We visited for a birthday lunch after seeing many advertisements promoting this restaurant as a destination for authentic biryanis. When we arrived during lunchtime, we were the only customers in the entire restaurant. Looking back, that should have been a warning sign. Since we wanted fresh food, I specifically asked the person taking our order to recommend the freshest biryani available. He suggested the Chicken Dum Biryani along with a chicken appetizer. Unfortunately, the food was very disappointing. The biryani was mostly plain white rice with chicken masala mixed in, and the chicken pieces looked like they had been prepared earlier and simply mixed into the rice rather than cooked together as a traditional dum biryani. More concerning was that the food did not taste fresh. It had the flavor and texture of leftovers that had been reheated. We ended up leaving nearly three-quarters of the biryani untouched. The chicken appetizer was overcooked, slightly burnt, and much too salty. We shared our feedback politely with the staff, paid our bill, and left. Since we were still hungry, we stopped at a nearby Indian grocery food court to finish our lunch. Another disappointment was that the restaurant's restroom was unavailable because it was "not working." Overall, we spent around $40-50 and left feeling disappointed. My biggest concern isn't whether a dish is perfectly authentic or the best tasting--it's that customers deserve fresh, properly prepared food. Freshness should never be compromised because it directly affects both the dining experience and customer health. I sincerely hope the restaurant takes this feedback seriously and improves. Until then, my advice to other customers is simple: if you walk into a large restaurant during lunch and you're the only customer, you may want to think twice before ordering.

You simply cannot walk out of the store without stuffing your mouth or some carry-out bags with their food. Service is fast and friendly. The table service and cleanliness is quite good but I do have an issue with the smell at the well concealed huge garbage bin by the door entering the food service area. For me, its a turn off. I hope they do something about it. I am given to understand that the Indian savory snacks are made fresh everyday. And their Irani chai is a must try ( Irani chai in an Indian store! yes, you heard it right, but that's part of historical lesson which I don't seem to recollect) A Indian place worth trying out.

Kurry Walah -- Mother's Day Uber Eats Review…read more For Mother's Day, I decided to try the Uber Eats route and create an Indian buffet at home so we could relax by the pool. I'll say that was what my wife wanted, but truthfully, I wanted to hit the buffet myself. That said, the food was flavorful overall, and the cuts of meat were better than I expected for delivery. We definitely over-ordered and tried a little bit of everything, so there will be a ton of leftovers. The butter chicken was my biggest disappointment. I ordered it extra hot, but it came out about as spicy as the medium items we ordered. The chicken biryani was a little salty, but not inedible. Honestly, I would rather it be slightly over-seasoned than under-seasoned. My wife loved her food. My daughter was not as impressed and felt her meal was average. I was somewhere in the middle. The one pricing miss for me was the side of white rice. At over $4, that feels like highway robbery for a basic side of rice. To be fair, I only ordered it because I wasn't sure what came with rice and wanted to have extra in case someone needed some. Everything else felt pretty much in line with market pricing, especially given the portion sizes and the quality of the meat. My score: 3.5/5 My wife's score: 4/5 My daughter's score: 2.9/5 Overall, call it a solid 3.5 to 4, depending on what you order. Good flavor, generous portions, and plenty of leftovers.
