The polish was so far away from my cuticles that it looked like it was done a week ago, and the lines were not smooth or straight. My nails were filed in all different shapes and lengths. The polish was so thick that it resembled acrylic nails. I called a few hours after I recieved the service to tell her it didn't look good. I did this because I had people at work commenting on how bad it looked. I guess it was worse than I thought. When I spoke to Dawn, she immediately became defensive, told me to come get my money and never come back. She was rude and insulting while I was being respectful.
