I have rough feet (gross) and need pedicures frequently. My heals were still very rough, the lady overheard me and had me go back to the pedicure chair. They scrubbed my foot down with cuticle oil and a pumice stone. It helped but was not comfortable or relaxing. I have since gone to another salon to have my pedicures. My nails came out very nice (pic is about 2.5 weeks old) and they still look really nice!

She is attentive, calm and a nice person. I felt like she had a lot of positive ideas for me. Had a lower leg wax and she is thorough. A serene and calm environment. Appointments by phone or online scheduling on some sort of appointment system. Bring cash, credit/debit for the Square app to pay. Reasonably priced. I recommend the facial. Had my first one ever in my life and I felt pampered, smooth skin. She has various services and price lists. I was out of my comfort zone and she made me feel at ease. I hope to go back regularly. He was understanding, compassionate, and vowed to make it right. Considering my first experience at their salon was so wonderful, I was open to the opportunity to have his team correct my hair. He set me up with their blonding specialist, Laura. She reached out to me the night before my appointment to ask me what my concerns were, what I was looking to achieve and to send her pictures of my current hair and the look I wanted. Again when I walked in the atmosphere of the salon was awesome. Laura went over what I wanted again, and fully delivered what I had originally wanted. After I left Steve again reached out to me to make sure everything went well. I cannot tell you how great it felt to have someone care so much about their business and their clients, and so willing to listen and fix any mistakes that were made. I didn't make a mistake going here at all. I already scheduled my next appointment with Laura and I truly look forward to it, and staying a part of the Salon 427 family. You won't find more dedicated stylists, and more importantly a leader like Steve who makes sure his guests are 100% taken care of. Brittany did my hair and it was PERFECTION. life happened, and I haven't had a chance to have color since. So walking into this, I already had great expectations. I called last minute for a hair cut appointment (on a Tuesday for a Saturday appointment) and everything seemed ok, Brittany was not available on the weekends so I took another stylist. My appointment was at 4pm. Around 1pm that day I get a phone call from them asking if I was ok. I said of course, she proceeds to say 'well your appointment was at 12:45. Now I know she said 4, I marked it in my calendar. Whatever, said she could see me at 2. When I arrived I had to wait 15 extra minutes, which wasn't a big deal to me because I got a nice beverage from the receptionist. I meet with Krystal and she starts asking me about my color. Again, I scheduled an appointment for just a cut. I should have took it as a sign right there to NOT get color, but it was my first time out since my daughter was born so I figured why not. We went over what I had previously, what I wanted now, and I showed her a picture. I was going for subtle, caramel color. What I ended up with was a nightmare. My highlights were splotchy, streaky, yellow, and thick. Think 90's. And not in a good way. I didn't immediately realize due to the poor lighting and when I arrived home my husband literally said 'yikes'. So I reached out to them, explained what happened and yes, they were very responsive. But again, I feel like they had me mixed up with someone else! The girl on the phone kept asking me about my curls (I have straight hair) and said she wasn't going to have time to fix it and curl it like it was (again, I do not have curly hair nor did she curl it, I left with straight hair and she even took pictures of it!!) so I get there on Sunday and Cheyenne helped her fix the color. Now, there is a stylist who not only listens but delivered what I wanted. The only problem is they had to dye over the blonde, and it was a demi so it's already starting to fade out. I used to recommend this salon to everyone, but I cannot see myself returning when someone who is a level 3 stylist in their opinion can not execute what a customer asks for.

I love chatting with her because we laugh between the rips - I am tempted to yell out OH KELLY CLARKSON - but it has never been more than a bit of a discomfort. We did my underarms this time too and that was quick and effortless. The only think I have to say is that the shop always seems like it is under construction. It never feels like it is fully in business. The newer building space (one building over maybe 20 ft away) is bigger and a nicer space. It just is still unfinished. They had wipes in the bathroom of the old shop too so that you could freshen up if it was later in the day. They do supply snacks and drinks while waiting which is a nice touch. I do adore Sofia. She has been a gem and made my experience so great. We even discuss our favorite online gal - the waxing queen. If you are looking for someone to actually talk with you before and during your experience who will make you laugh, Sofia is wonderful.
