The staff was extremely professional and skilled. I just moved to the area and I believe I found the place for my pedicure and manicure.

Stumbled on this salon after searching out one that wasn't there. From the moment I walked in I was greeted and was told there would be a wait. I said that was fine. Sometimes just sitting alone or a few is so worth it. A young man did my pedicure and he did an amazing job. He actually massaged the feet in the three different spots. Totally recommend!! read more

The service was terrible on Mother's Day, the price I still paid was outrageous. I am only posting today because my mother in law went there and her nails seem to be ok but I told her I did get an infection from the lack of cleanliness. My nails were bubbles, unfinished, not done or dipped properly lots of pictures to prove. My children tried to give me a relaxing gift on Mother's Day and it ended up being horrible. I still paid and was never offered a refund or to have a new set placed or anything of that matter. Poor quality, Poor customer Service, poor cleaning practices! read more

The staff is nice but that's all the nice I have to say about this place. What didn't go wrong? I took my best friend here to get her a pedi and nails done for her birthday, never again will I ever. First time she got dip powder done and I figured they can't mess it up because it's super easy! I do my own dip powder nails every couple weeks. So we get our basic pedis done no problem! We were getting the exact same for both our fingers and toes #twinning! Well her nail extensions were put on crooked, she asked the guy to fix them repeatedly and they just kept getting worse so she just stopped asking. What was supposed to be an ombré pink to clear glitter transition did not happen on either evenly. Nails when done correctly we acrylic, gel, dip should look like your natural nail. Not thick and short. Our nail beds shouldn't be cut up either. Now the last thing is the price our pedis were $21 each and apparently the dip was $40 for mine on my natural nail and hers was $45 with the tip extensions. So mine was $61($71after tip) and hers was $66 ($76 after tip) WHHHHAAAAATTTTTT!! So it cost $147 to get the worst mani and pedi I've ever had. They are hiring nail techs and I'm really tempted to go get my license because of the crap job read more

Super disappointed-- my nails were completely chipped and crooked and only lasted about 4 days. Nothing strenuous done with my hands. I noticed while getting my nails done they were diluting and shaking their polishes so I suspect that has something to do with the quality. I spent $70 between mani/pedi and they didn't even make it a week... and it was gel polish which I've always had last for weeks on end. The lady there said she did her own and they looked great so i requested her to do mine & they are not good at all. Got a fill from some guy here, he was okay. Nothing special...showed him a pic of how I wanted them and he came kinda close to it. One of my nails broke the very next day and I'm guessing it was due to cheap project they use, as this never happens to me anyplace else. He hummed some kind of oriental song the entire time which was...different lol he was also very slow and I had places to be so that was a downer. Other then that they seem to be not terrible? lol it would be two stars of my nail hadn't broke the next day...I'd say avoid this place if you can. read more

Amazing. Got an acrylic fill and they look great. Prices are very affordable too. My total was $18 equaling to 15 for fill and 3 for polish.

Would give negative rating if I could. Went there for a pedicure I needed desperately after the lock down. Asked for a female, since they offered a guy to do my pedi. Not a problem, except for $35 what their description of service I was suppose to receive didn't even scratch a surface as what was done. The girl Used plain water- no bath salts, nothing, but ok. What killed the service was the inexperienced girl that was doing the pedicure, I think I was her first customer ever. She did not know what to do at all, from cutting my nails- which she didn't bother, to cutting my cuticles - which she was unable to do. All she did was struggled to remove my nail polish, slapped on some massaging cream and hot towels, and I was done. I thought it was a joke. As she tried to start painting my nails I asked her to stop as I will have to go somewhere else to get the pedicure done tomorrow. No one was willing to help her, and when I complained to David about the service I was told that " I should have used the guy" . $ literally flushed down the drain. read more

We made reservations for four mani/pedis at 9:30 a.m. When I made the reservations I asked if we could all be serviced at the same time and I was assured we would. When we arrived there were only three staff members available to service us. Long story short: my friends were served first and got twenty five minute pedicures and twenty minute manicures with some massage on their hands and arms. I got a twelve minute pedicure and a seven minute manicure with absolutely NO HAND OF ARM MASSAGE. I was the last one to get service and the first one to be finished. We did have to wait a while for pedicures, but I can't hold that against them on a Saturday, as they were just busy. I wish we had caught their names, but my friend had a Vietnamese lady, and I had her Chinese husband. Both were lovely people, who took their time to do a good job. My tech did great massage on my feet and legs and took off about 5 pounds of skin off my heels. Places don't usually do that much work on calluses even when you pay extra for it. I always go to a place in Spring Hill, but this time I had to run to Target and saw this place close by. Kimberly did exactly what I wanted, a fill with shellac polish and a pedicure. I loved the finished look to both my nails and toes, not to mention the variety of colors they have in shellac polishes. I went here before a cruise to get my nails done. They were busy so that's why I figured the guy was rushing but he ended up cutting my fingers 3 different times. I gave him a decent tip because I can't imagine having to do that kind of work on the daily. I go back to get my nails filled and to have them painted black. Mind you on this day they were slow and only myself and one other person was there. The lady asked me who did my original nails and when I asked her why she said "oh they did horrible job". When I told her they were done here she said "ohhhhh they look fine just angle I looked at them ." As my nails were drying I noticed she completely missed sections of my nails with the nail polish. My 8 year old niece paints nails better than them. I was going to say something but I figured I'll just never come back to this place.
