When I go in there to get my feet done with my toenails cut they massage my legs. So well that I feel like my legs are in heaven like floating when I go to walk away, and they perfectly cut the nails, they know how to get out the ingrown toenails, and my big toes, Mrs. Lee is the top best. But no.\n Matter who you pick you're going to get the best service. Why go to a doctor for an ingrown toenail? I have been going to this salon for over 2 yrs , Jim always does a fantastic job on manicures. I'm not a huge fan of pedicures but decided to get one done before an upcoming wedding. GAME CHANGER- Steven gave me the best pedicure I have ever had! He was not only friendly and professional but also shared that he has been studying reflexology for the past three years and it shows. Have been going to Regal Nails on and off for a couple of years. It is a hit or miss. Yesterday I tried to beat the rush and went for a gel and pedicure that night they all started lifting. Now I must say Mary to tell me to come back in and they would fix it, but they wanted the same person to do it so I declined. Kindly, another person did take care of me. Then I find out I was overcharged five dollars. I didn't even say anything because of course no one can understand you there. I start going to Regal a couple years ago, Mind you, I don't go very often, maybe 2-3x a year. Overall, I was very impressed with the service I've received to date. Hell, I'd pay just to sit in their massage chairs for a half hour! I've had a variety of techs work on my pedicure and they've all done a wonderful job! I feel so pampered which is something I do not do very often! Prices are reasonable, however, I would note that they do like to try to upsell their services--go in for a standard manicure for $20 and end up with gel nails for $40. My first time I had a hard time understanding my tech due to her accent so I essentially smiled and nodded my way through it. After that, I just stick to a basic mani-pedi or even just a pedicure alone. Also, my son who is autistic LOVES them!!! And he doesn't like people touching him or his feet even me! It's so hard for me to get him to sit still to trim his toenails, I figured I'll spend a little $$$ and treat us both. They are always so nice to my son and he loves them!!! So it has become a special Mother & Son splurge for us ever 2-3 months. Very nice people, though, who obviously know their jobs very well and do a great job! Highly recommend! read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. The only positive aspects of my experience were a very short wait period and friendly staff. My sister and I visited today. I asked for my acrylics to be removed and for no polish to be added to my nails. The tech cut my thumb during the removal process and disregarded my request - he painted them anyways. My sister requested a full set of acrylics. The shape is absolutely terrible and her finger was cut as well. I do not recommend coming here. read more

Had a pedicure and gel fill manicure. The pedicure was nice nit thats where it ends. Tony did my pedicure and manicure. At first when he did my fill i felt he wad taking his time. When it came time to paint them he did the worse job. He didn't do a base coat and was doing one to two nails at a time and didnt even have me keep my hand under the light for the full time. As he continued i told him that polished looked too thick. I was trying to be polite but he thought i wad talking about only one nail. I finally said no it just looks messy. He filed it off finally and i asked for a base coat first, which he did. But he would still do two nIls at a time. He made my skin bleed slightly around 3 of my my nails. The second attempt was a bit better but not the best. Also when i left i could see the polish on my toes better and he clearly missed areas and even my husband said it looked like some toenails needed another coat of polish. When Tony took my card for payment hr wanted to know the tip amount, i felt awkward because i truly wasn't sure i wanted to give him one. I ended up giving him one and hr added it into the total. I will not go back to this place. $60 for messy crap work. Tony does not do a good job at all read more

First visit to this salon .....I called ahead and was told I didn't need to make an appointment , walk ins are fine ....so I did just that .....however I was told that it would be a 45 minute wait ....was a little disappointed but no big deal .Went back 45 minutes later and was seen immediately .Barbara did my nails and all I can say it was definitely worth the wait ....friendly , listened to what you specifically wanted and did an amazing job ....highly recommended but next time I shall make an appointment x read more

WORST place ever. Was told my gel acrylic manicure would be 32$.... paid 42 PLUS a tip. The guy was in a rush and it was very painful. I keep saying shorter but finally gave up on trying to get the nails shorter because of his attitude. I didn't get cuticle oil, a massage or any form of a manicure. He also cut me ... TWICE. Hello. I visited your location in Spring Hill and was treated very poorly from the second I walked in the door. One of your employees had an attitude when I walked in. She asked me what I wanted, I told her, she had a conversation with her co-worker, and then told me to sit down. I did. And she didn't even run the water for my pedicure. She just walked off and chatted with the customer that walked in behind me and started on her nails. The other folks are sitting there looking at me while they're working on the other people. No one acknowledged me nor did they even bother to start my water. Very poor service and after a while I got up and left. I am very disappointed that I had to go elsewhere. I'm not sure if this was a racial issue or not, but it was very upsetting to say the least. read more
