Good. This is my second time in here…read more Both times, "Sister" (the youngest lady) did my toes. Last time was a pedi, this time just applying polish to already-clean toes. She is friendly and we talk when I am in the pedi chair. The gentleman noted that I was reading prices and that some have gone up due to using more organic products: Spa pedi - $28-$35 Mani/pedi - $30 Polish change - $10 for feet, $8 for hands I will be back, due to being treated well and the convenience to my other errands.

The tech got a serious attitude so I told him to stop and they brought somebody else to help me over and he was cutting corners and not following the steps they're supposed to, no basecoat of any kind in the polish that I came in with was still all over my nails. So I left with my nails half done to go somewhere else... I paid them $40 for what they had done and I'm going somewhere else to pay whatever it takes to get my nails fixed 100% do not recommend.

Drove a little out of my way to come here for a Pedicure and some me time. It's hard to find a good…read moreplace in the area so I was willing to make the drive. Unfortunately, Encore was a let down. $40 for a relaxation pedicure that was rushed and only included 3 total minutes of foot and leg massage, 2 minutes scrub, 1 minute with lotion. The shortest massage I've ever had during a pedicure. The massage chairs were really bad to the point of almost being useless. Pedicure chairs facing each other also takes away from a calming experience if you want to relax. I brought my ear buds to drown out their music and hopefully create my own spa ambience in sound at least but it wasn't enough. When I asked about sloughing off the dead skin on my feet with the grater I was told no. Even though I could see two other people having it done while I was there. So now I guess I have to do that myself at home before my trip, because I can definitely feel areas that need it. The water went cold and was never reheated or replaced. No stones were used. So overall I paid $40 to just have my toes painted I feel, which I could do myself for free. I'm mad I wasted my time and money here. I won't be back

My only complaint is the limited nail color options they have. It seems like they only have neons &…read moredark colors, less softer colors, and the in between colors were kind of ugly. If you love neons & darks this is the place for you! I just moved to the area, I went here for the first time today and my experience was good overall. I will say the older man (don't know his name) was very attention to detail & my nails do look great. He doesn't talk to you at all, which is a little awkward but i'm also just use to nail techs that are pretty chatty. He was a little impatient with me when i was picking a nail color but other then that he was great. The owner is very sweet. She came up to me many times and asked me if I liked what I had got & if i was happy with my nails. Another thing is he doesn't do designs and apparently none of them really do, but you can request Andrew or Jake for simpler designs. He sent me to andrew for a small design i wanted & Andrew was great as well! he was very energetic and more chatty and very patient with me and asked me if i wanted him to re-do the design to make sure i really loved how it came out. I'll be returning for sure!!
