I had never been here before or heard of the place. I was instantly impressed with her. She seems to have some sort of gift where she is capable of knowing EXACTLY where to focus on and exactly what pressure you need. I never have to say anything because she's already doing it perfectly. She really puts in a lot of effort and must care deeply for her clients because she genuinely strives to make your muscles feel better. I really appreciate her work and talent! I don't know how she does it. I also recommend Amanda. I noticed she was on their website when I went to make my third appointment with Laura today. I recognized her from my massages at my chiropractor's office a while back. She is GREAT! I appreciated her attention to my complaint areas. I only stopped seeing her because I stopped going to the chiropractor. I haven't met Kathy yet, but she's been very helpful via phone/internet. The atmosphere is great too. I could not get a call back from the office. I finally called my PCP who was concerned and nice enough to send a staff member to the Suncoast office and ask them to call their patient! I was finally called back by my PCP and told to see another Suncoast Dermatologist (Josh) at 4:00 PM. The AI System this company has switched over to makes it nearly impossible to speak with a human being. The atmosphere in the office has changed greatly, staffing changes, unqualified attitudes and I was not the only patient who noticed. Today I had stitches removed from a large incision and was treated only by the medical assistant. Jessica had an obligation to at least do a post follow up and look at this wound, including the adhesive burns but did not. I will not return to this office and would not recommend anyone else go there in the future. Patient treatment is no longer a priority. Sad but true!
