He at least finished removing polish. Starting pedi, technician intent on selling me having eyebrows done. They are always busy but they have 10 nail stations and six pedicure stations and are staffed by at least 6-9 techs during peak periods. They offer simple manicures, regular polish service w/ regular polish as well as gels, regular and diamond dip & designs. Clientele includes men and women. And the prices are very reasonable. Other than putting me out of his chair for someone with an appointment , and constant upselling, highly recommend Regal Nails in Walmart.
